Donovan Peoples-Jones Catch-All Thread
With DPJ making his big announcement tonight at 8:30pm on ESPN2, I'm going to pre-emptively assume there will be some DPJ buzz & discussion before then. This thread is to create a home for all of that prior to the announcement. I assume closer to the announcement, somebody will create a thread specifically for the announcement itself, hopefully with a "Hello" thread to quickly follow..
I'll get the ball rolling--Lorenz tweets out this morning that they are still confident DPJ is still Blue.

That was essentially what Haloscan was.
There was no Board, so the comments section of whatever Brian posted that day became the catch-all thread for the entire day.
That's why it was such a big deal to be "First!".

He might be the highest ever. Graham was 15 on the composite. I think rojo is 16. Depending on how DPJ finishes in the rankings, he will probably be the highest ranked recruit ever in the state of Michigan for the modern recruiting era.

This year, in general seems like a particularly strong year for the HS Football in the state of Michigan, really strong class.

According to 247, Wheatley was 4th. Also, Drew Henson was likley above DPJ, but that was before the current sites.
EDIT: Additionally, 247 has Charles Rogers at #3 overall in 2000. So that would be the highest in their database. Jeff Smoker was #15 overall that year too. Big haul for them.
