OT: Fantasy football sit/start thread
It's playoff season in fantasy football, and I find myself having trouble deciding who to sit and who to start. I am in a 1/2 point PPR league. The guys I am questioning are:
QB
Russell Wilson OR Alex Smith
RB
Darren Sproles OR Rob Kelley
WR
Tyreek HIll OR Tyrell Williams OR Michael Thomas OR Malcolm Mitchell
My starting WRs are currently Hill (who will be locked in in 10 minutes), Doug Baldwin, and Antonio Brown. I am considering scrapping Baldwin from the lineup as well.
TE
Zac Ertz OR CJ Fiedorowicz
I can also put any of these guys in my flex spot. Who should I start? What are your fantasy football dillemmas?

standard leagues I'd say Wilson, Kelley,Thomas, Ertz

Alex Smith and Tyreek Hill are locked wherever they are on your roster.

Haha yeah, I had been mulling over it for a couple of days and realized that I needed to make a decision on Hill/Smith, hence the thread. They are now locked in, Hill is starting, Smith is not.
EDIT: Annnnnnnd Hill loses a fumble. Ugh.

I think you should have started Smith

Wilson/Sproles/Thomas/Fiedorowicz is what I would go with. I like Wilson against a beat up GB defense, I like Sproles for the catches, and I'm always rolling with a Saints WR. I don't trust Wentz to have a good game, but Houston has relied heavily on the TE because Brock sucks.

I'm struggling to decide between Stafford or Matt Ryan and Stefon Diggs or Davante Adams on a standard league.

I'd lean Ryan and Adams. GB still has no idea what "run" means so it's pass all day

similar questions here. ppr league. I'm locked in with Hill already, and im not benching Mike Evans, but do I go with Golden Tate or Devante Adams at my flex?
also 2nd RB, sproles, D Martin or Ryan Matthews. leaning towards Matthews as he is supposed to be healthy.

I would definitely start Tate over Adams. Tate has been hot and at home against Chicago is a good matchup. Where as Adams is playing the Seahawks and snow could also be a factor in that game.
As my 2nd WR Im kind of stumped on who to start out of Kelvin Benjamin, Sammy Watkins, or possibly Sterling Shepard.
Ive been rolling with Mariota & Walker on the Titans and they have been great for me but this week they're playing the Broncos. So I have to decide between Mariota or Eli at QB as well as Walker or Ertz at TE.
This is standard scoring.

Martin should be a RB1 for you given the matchup.

Golden Tate and Doug Martin

One league:
Kenny Dixon or Smallwood ?
Another :
Flex -Kelvin Benjamin , Stewart, or Watkins ?

This week only, standard league. Boyd @ Browns, Inman @ Panthers so matchups make it cloudy.

off to a great start with Hill's negative points! but Ive got Brady Monday night, so I'm not worried at all. Primarily because my opponent has not yet realized Alshon Jeffrey is not available this week.

Do I play Malcom Mitchell over Brandon Cooks at WR? Including whichever I don't start at WR whom do I play at Flex: L Blount, Devontae Booker, Theo Riddick?
Go Blue!

is pretty much a "must start" guy. Especially with Bibbs taking snaps from Booker, not to mention a new Forsett on the roster, and Riddick may be splitting time with Joique Bell again.

is done for the year...FYI

Tough one. I'm benching cooks for Jeremy hill for my flex. Cooks has been very unreliable on the road and Mitchell's been on a tear. I'd go Mitchell unless Thomas doesn't play. I think you have to stick with Blount

So any thoughts on getting a streamer for next week at QB? I've got Luck who's going against Minnesota that week which, yeah, bad. Unfortunately Winston, Taylor and Rivers are already taken so I don't see much of an option... :-/
Oh, .5ppr

Kaepernick in Atlanta. No snow there. Obviously depends on if he retains the starting job., so pay attention this weekend. Atlanta is the #1 team to play against at the QB position.

start paid off.

looks to be a factor this week. I don't expect a whole lot through the air for Wilson, but I guess he could be playing from behind if the D lets up with Earl Thomas out. Tyrell Williams has been consistent for me and decent odds to score a long TD so I like him. Hellz to the no on Sproles...fat Bob Kelley all the way!

I'm glad this thread was started I have a RB conundrum. I'm in a standard league and will start 3 RB this week. David Johnson is a lock. For the other 2 spots I have four pretty good options:
1. Jordan Howard
2. Lamar Miller
3. Thomas Rawls
4. Frank Gore
Which two would you start alongside David Johnson?
Sorry for formatting I'm on mobile
December 9th, 2016 at 12:10 AM ^
Rawls and Howard based on recent success.
December 9th, 2016 at 12:27 AM ^
That's what I'm thinking too but Lamar Miller went off for like 29 points earlier this season when he played the Colts. Could it happen again?
December 9th, 2016 at 12:36 AM ^
Of course he could, the colts are brutal on D. I guess Howard could have trouble at Detroit. Detroits D has been overachieving all year. That's a tough decision. You'll probably get good games from all three.

Pick two- Gurley vs ATL, Hill at CLE, Blount vs BAL, Hightower at TB?
December 9th, 2016 at 12:28 AM ^
Blount and Hill IMO

Yeah. that sucked. Went from a 12 pt favorite to a dog. (I also had Santos) I hate TNF.

Pick 2, Scoring only league (so no points for yardage or receptions, only for TDs and 2pt conversions) - Forte, Rawls, Doug Martin
