First TD of the day...Spartans?!
November 19th, 2016 at 12:13 PM ^
Thank you, Brown Bear. Anybody else taking notes on how the buckeyes are playing so far?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:14 PM ^
Not good. Offensive line looks like a weakness per usual. Let's exploit!!
November 19th, 2016 at 12:15 PM ^
I can only assume MSU is going to expose some of OSU's flaws which will lead to OSU fixing them for next week because we can't have nice things
November 19th, 2016 at 2:26 PM ^
No shit...this is exactly what I was thinking.

Way to go BB.
Lets go Blue!
and I hate to say it but lets go Sparty!
November 19th, 2016 at 12:22 PM ^
Serious question, are there more OSU fans than MSU fans there? The whole away sideline is OSU fans and that includes half the upper deck being empty
Student section also half full. Funny how quick all the MSU football fans disappeared
November 19th, 2016 at 12:25 PM ^
Can't blame OSU fans. Some probably got tickets cheap, and less than they would pay to see a home game at the shoe.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:39 PM ^
They weren't entirely ever there. State wasn't selling out/keeping fans present for the whole game even through the biggest seasons.

Where did all the Sparties go?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:13 PM ^
are games, and now we have a thread...good work!
November 19th, 2016 at 12:14 PM ^
Sparty win to keep buckeyes out of the playoff no matter what wouldn't hurt.

November 19th, 2016 at 12:16 PM ^
They could theoretically still get in to big ten championship and playoff with a loss today.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:31 PM ^
Yep. No matter what we still have to beat them in Columbus.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:42 PM ^
Sparty win would only help PSU since they have 1 loss. The have a bye Rutgers this week and Sparty at home.
Ohio would have two losses and have even more motivation to knock the shit out of us next week.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:14 PM ^
who do I root for?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:20 PM ^
Same question here.

meteor
November 19th, 2016 at 12:30 PM ^
OSU at this point, we have to win at osu to win the big ten so might as well beat the #2 in the country rather than one outside the top 10
November 19th, 2016 at 12:34 PM ^
Or earthquake

Thank you brown bear

Yea I think I'm rooting for Sparty. I let out a "woot" when LJ Scott housed that nice screen play and immediately felt like dirt.
Buckeyes will roll in this one though. By 20 pts I'm saying.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:18 PM ^
The enemy of my enemy is my friend?
Wow, talk about feeling dirty .....
November 19th, 2016 at 12:16 PM ^
That is a hell of a beard. Im 46 and i couldnt fill one out that much .
November 19th, 2016 at 12:16 PM ^
If MSU wins today . . . man will that Iowa loss sting.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:20 PM ^
But how weird would it be going into next weekend, OHIO STATE WEEKEND, and it not mattering who won for us to go to the Big Ten Championship?!! (Yes a Playoff birth would still be on the line, but..)
November 19th, 2016 at 12:23 PM ^
I remember that being the case a few times during the five-year championship run (1988-92). We had Pasadena sewed up already. We still kicked their ass.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:25 PM ^
today, next week still matters for the title game, right?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:28 PM ^
Not for them (assuming PSU beats Rutgers), but for us, yes.
We were talking about a scenario in which we had beaten Iowa.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:31 PM ^
it would certainly feel much better to be undefeated heading into that game
November 19th, 2016 at 2:49 PM ^
if osu lost today and UM beats IU then it wouldn't matter if UM lost next week. UM would only have 1 East loss and osu would have 2 and PSU would lose the tiebreaker with their loss to UM. A B1G loss is a B1G loss, right? Regardless of division? I hadn't thought of it his way before.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:17 PM ^
MSU starts strong this year in big games then fades- if OSU doesn't blow them out then there are serious problems with them
November 19th, 2016 at 12:17 PM ^
that go into winning and losing a football game, but if Iowa loses to Illinois today, then the team that beat Michigan would have lost by 27 to a Penn State team that Michigan beat by 39 and to an Illinois team that Michigan beat by 33...crazy
November 19th, 2016 at 12:19 PM ^
Welp, I think MSU has got all its scoring for the day.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:18 PM ^
Haha, stupid Sparty just cost his team ten yards of field position.

Way to go Sparty grabbing the punt bouncing in your favor. Dope.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:19 PM ^
Have the 98 and 2015 seasons taught us nothing? I enjoy a buckeye loss as much as the next guy.. But every time sparty beats them the week before the game, it doesn't work out well for us. I wanna be the one to end OSU's season this time!
November 19th, 2016 at 12:32 PM ^
Well, that's a sample of two - and actually, in '98 they played them two weeks before us, not the week before.
If you're expanding it to any season in which MSU has beaten OSU, that also includes 1999 and 2011, when we also beat them. (Of course they also beat OSU in 2013, but that was after our game.)
November 19th, 2016 at 12:19 PM ^
Why did that idiot down the ball as it was taking an MSU roll past the 50?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:24 PM ^
"Why did that IDIOT..."
"Use" the test to help answer the other questions!

Is Riley Bullough actually good or is he just related to someone who is good so people talk about him as if he is really good?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:26 PM ^
This year he has been flat..maybe injured or just gave up and trying to get ready for the draft
Sent from MGoBlog HD for iPhone & iPad
November 19th, 2016 at 12:28 PM ^
How could giving up help your draft stock?
November 19th, 2016 at 12:31 PM ^
Meaning gave up and just trying to stay healthy..last year that kid kept throwing himself all over the field.

November 19th, 2016 at 12:47 PM ^
Gotcha. Probably not a bad idea since their team is garbage.
November 19th, 2016 at 12:22 PM ^
is the question...
November 19th, 2016 at 12:24 PM ^
For us it doesnt matter who wins this game we still need to win out...unless both osu and psu loose which is a very slim chance considering their opponents
