In games like these (Ohio State vs. USC, MSU vs. Notre Dame) I often root for an earthquake or flash flood on the field. Can't root for either team, can't root for terrorists, gotta root for Nature.

Agree with the other poster - in this case, Screw OSU. I don't care about WVU much
Before the 2008 Michigan/ND game I jokingly said that I hoped Charlie Weis broke his leg (and you remember what happened). So maybe I should speak up before this one. Thad Matta better be on his toes...

Definitely OSU. I don't think there's much hatred from UM against WVU. That seems to be more of a one-way street.

when it comes to a choice between rooting for OSU and someone else, the someone else needs to be someone like the SS, the law office of Jeffrey Feiger or the "Stars" from Dancing with the Stars for me to consider even maybe rooting for OSU.

I'd root for OSU*, specifically Evan Turner, who is one of the most unassuming superstars I've ever seen in college basketball.
And then there's Da'Sean Butler, who seems like kind of a tool.
* But what I would root for most is for somebody to discover meth labs in their team buses, disqualifying them both.
Turner is only unassuming because he's dead behind the eyes.
I thought this was a hypothetical between MSU and OSU, I'm not too sure why I need to hate West Virginia.
FWIW, I'd root for a sloppy ass game that the Buckeyes won. I always want MSU to lose at everything, while I like OSU to be good to increase interest in the rivalry.
I'd be rooting for the ACL tears.
But don't worry OSU isn't making it to the title game.

Why should we hate West Virginia? We hired away two of their coaches. They didn't do anything to us.
