I'm interested to see where they place Toussaint.
I finally actually watched film of the kid. He's a beast! I'm surprised as all getout that he's not ranked higher.

I was wondering the same thing a while back, but I think he entered to 250 a few weeks ago based on the season he was having. His production post-inclusion tapered off a bit so I don't really see a catalyst for more upside, even though his overall numbers are nuts.

I believe the updated 250 came out a day or two after the updated 100 the last time they did one.

The funny thing about Toussaint is that I remember reading a blurb on Cierre Wood, the ND RB commit and it mentioned he played against questionable competition but the numbers he was putting up were just too impressive. I know the competition has been a big question mark about Toussaint, so I compared his stats with Wood's and remember finding they were almost exactly the same, with Fitz looking slightly better in some areas. Yet, Rivals has Wood about 200 spots above Toussaint and Scout ranks his as a 3 star.
