It may be a "fire the coach so we can try for Tom Herman" year. Not sure I want that in our division. I think he'll go SEC if he leaves Houston, but Holy Crap what a division if he were to go to PSU.

He knows he can do better. If I was a USC fan, I'd be very afraid of him going to UCLA, but I'd bet on LSU. If Houston gets into the Big 12, he might just stay there.

Exactly. Ohio State got in with a loss and a weak schedule two years ago. Pete Carroll won national championships while playing crappy teams in the Pac 12 every year.
