Aerial shot of Kyle field shows the top of the north endzone with some seriously available seats. Like, even fewer people there than were sitting at the beginning of the game.

Not hard to know why if you've been to that area: It's in the sun. And it is scorching hot there at this time of year. Areas in the sun are just plain much less comfortable.

All that said: How do they expand like this and then not sell out for a huge game?

Good chance we'll be, but we may get leapfrogged if ND wins big tomorrow, or if Ole Miss beats FSU on Monday night. And who knows where Houston will end up. They looked damn impressive against Oklahoma.

We'll move up at least one spot. But then if Clemson somehow falls tonight too, then we're guaranteed to be in the top 5.

We've been down for the better part of a decade. If we spend the entire season ranked in the top 5 that would go a long way towards changing any negative perceptions of the program nationally.

Also I want to be ranked #1 when we stomp the shit out of OSU in their own house.

They made the right call. It probably should've been a TD, but once they said he was short, they couldn't reverse it. You just couldn't see whether he was down or not, and it has to be indisputable , which, by definition, it wasn't since you couldn't see for sure

Twice in crunch time A&M has had impossible-to-tell borderline replays go against them that, if I had to guess, were probably wrong but not conclusively so.

And "ball don't lie" struck both times on the next play.

I'm just happy watching these games after watching Michigan win a game where the OL didn't get destroyed by a school that shouldn't be able to do that, and hoping they can get it together before playing teams that are actually known for having guys who can play.

SEC not looking so good this year.  Hard to say you're a good conference when your teams lose to or barely beat the non-conference cupcakes they started the year against.

North Carolina hopefully finds a way to hold onto this one - the SEC needs to take another lump or two today, I would think.

...and with that, UNC puts themselves up 23-14 pending the PAT and maybe a review on this play. Looks like he got there.
