OT- Brian Westbrook on SC
Did anyone happen to see what happened on Sportscenter with Brian Westbrook? I'm extremely curious as to what the hell he was talking about. If you didn't know, he was released by the Eagles today. Scott Van Pelt had him live on the air on a telephone conversation and when asked about how he feels, Westbrook said something along the lines of "I don't blame Andy Reid, yada yada yada, I guess now I'll fall back on worshiping Howard Stern's Prostate." He literally said that. I was as confused as Van Pelt. They cut Westbrook and Van Pelt just sat there open mouthed until they cut to a different anchor who spoke on McGwire and Pujols.
Did anyone else see this and if the did, do you have any insight into what happened?

It was a imposter. Deadspin has a little piece on it.

+1 for that. Scott Van Pelt's face afterward is priceless.

Ok great thanks, I didn't think it sounded like Westbrook, let alone a black person, haha. Wonder how this dude figured out how to intercept that phone call.

I've never really listened to Howard Stern, but I am aware of the "Baba Booey! Baba Booey! Howard Stern rules!" type of prank calls his listeners like to do. I'm just curious: does he encourage listeners to do that?

I was totally confused why Brian Westbrook had anything to say about Southern Cal. Sportscenter, then. I see.
Here's another...mildly entertaining, I suppose.

ESPN fail. Did he say skeet at the end?

It was a Guy named Captain Jenks. I just heard it on Howard Stern show. He first acted as westbrooks agent and told ESPN to call Brian at so and so time he gave them the same number he just called from.
Scott Van Pelt is a huge stern fan after the the call he realized it was Captain Jenks.

It seemed like Van Pelt knew exactly what had just happened.

ESPN has to check their sources. Janks has been doing this for years and I personally think it is hilarious.
Ba Ba Booey to 'yall

I like how the weather guy is clueless. SVP is really funny with his dumbfound wave to the camera.
