I thought it was funny (last week when it made it's rounds)

Wow, it's like a Silky Johnson convention in this thread!
I get that folks might not love his movies (though I disagree wholeheartedly) but how in the world could anyone say an animated, adult movie about food learning it gets eaten once out of the supermarket isn't creative? That just doesn't even make sense. It's like saying that Beilein is the master of strong interior post play or that Harbaugh should get on Twitter.
for some reason he is about the least funny person i know of.

The wife loves it and she finally got me to cross over. I do wonder though how homemade "21 and over" rum raisin would taste.

Some people really dislike Seth Rogen, and if it's not your style of humor, I get it. But I guess his immature weed humor still appeals to me.

Seems like it could be a pretty funny, original idea. I'm suspect of the execution.
Verdict: Wait for Netflix.

People saying things like this always brings me back to "Altered States", which was in fact inspired by a researcher's sensory deprivation experiments, many of which were conducted under the influence of psychoactive drugs. If you want to see a movie that is basically on acid because that's exactly what the film is about on many levels, I would go with that 1980 classic.
Tripping in a car - let alone a sensory deprivation chamber (which I can't fathom) - is a bit of a challenge. Don't try this at home, etc.
I will wait for the these types of movies to hit HBO or Showtime.

Can't wait until football is back so we can have something to actually talk about.
Not a big fan. His humor isn't sharp. You telegraph the jokes a mile away and when they get there they're not creative. I'm not a comedic snob either. I can watch Beavis and Butthead today and laugh my ass off. I just don't think he's that good. I remember watching "This is th End" and it felt to me like he and his buddies all get together and just decided to act stupid while filming each other. It felt like there was no script. Like they were making it up as they went along.
"People either love me or hate me," says person everyone hates
A headline for the Every Three Weekly, Michigan's satirical newspaper
the movie will be amazing, in the "right state of mind".

Yogurt Soup is bland at first, but the more you eat it the better it becomes. Seth Rogan was funny in a few things, but the more I see of him the lower my opinion gets.

I imagine tons of ignorant (IMHO) parents will take their 5-10 year olds to this, which would be a shame. Every since I became a Dad that kind of stuff bothers me, bgut to each his own I suppose

Sadly this will probably have a higher rottentomatoes score than the new batman v. superman movie, 41%, woof.
