What are you talking about. I am sure Beilein would understand, especially since it is well documented that they have a great relationship. Family is family and recruiting has nothing to do with it.

...and if it does, however unlikely, football and its success is what stirs the athletic departments drink.

I don't like it at all. It seems to go against The Team, The Team, The Team. I get that Crean is family, but he's playing against your school's team, and Beilein has been very supportive of Harbaugh. It's especially irksome that it's at Crisler and he's in the visitor's locker room.

Go get a dinner after the game.

doesn't matter. Harbaugh is not above reproach. To do this trivializes the basketball team and I think it is disrespectful to Beilein. Let's not act like Harbaugh and Crean are inseperatable blood brothers, they are f-ing in-laws. Going to IUs locker room when they had just embarrassed our basketball team is self indulgent and, quite frankly, offensive as a fan. Great coach, doing great things, but this was a flat out dick move.

Its amazing how people think nah man its all good.

This is a complete joke just like Harbaugh's choke job against msu and braindead performance against Ohio State.

If you don't know that Crean is like a brother to him, then you're not familiar with the Harbaughs.

seriously don't care. That was bullshit and if it becomes a news item locally or nationally he should apologize to the basketball team. That is my first significant strike against him as a fan and I hope he cleans shit like that up. Not a good look and easily preventable if given any degree of normal human consideration.

Agreed.  This is just pure stupidity by Harbaugh.

Its not a good look whatsoever.

Its embarassing to Beilein.  The whole vibe of the game was fucked up - and this tops it off.

Unless Harbaugh was in the locker room leading the team in a round of the IU fight song, this was likely more the equivalent of you sitting next to your wife just long enough to let her know you are going to go get rental car so she can meet you outside the hotel in ten minutes.

This is not a valid excuse for that. I don't care if Harbaugh wants to hang with them all night, but during the middle of a game against Michigan is NOT appropriate in anyway, I don't care who the other coach is.

Was Tom Crean in our locker room at halftime of the Bloomington game? Doubt it.

This is his business, that he's getting paid millions of dollars per year, he can wait to hang out with an in-law.

Not a big deal. I'm sure with everything going on tomorrow that he wasn't going to be lingering around after the game to see Crean. He probably just went in at halftime to say goodbye to his brother-in-law.
