If I was recruiting for USC I would promise all of the potential commits that if you play at USC you will become very knowledgeable about the United States Criminal Justice system.

I don't understand how kickers are ranked. Almost looks like they rank people who show up to their camps.
Quinn Nordin in #2 in the nation according to Kornblue, but he is not even ranked according to Kohl.

Only rank the kickers that attend their camps. It's not so easy to do any other way. I trust John Baxter's eye for kickers, even if the ratings are unreliable..
