Well I dont trust scouting reports so I looked up his official track times posted by FL Athletics and his 100 ranges from 10.9 to 11.2.  I ran that in HS and didn't get any D-1 offers.  I'd rather look at 100m times for a receiver than a 40 times.  Maybe times at camps etc  more recently are better but that's not very fast.

What are you looking at?  Film?  Film is always very deciving because speed is relative.

Speed may be relative, but you can still gather enough information from film to make an approximate guess on how fast a recruit is. Also, every single scouting report you read mentions his speed as a huge asset. These are coming from people who have seen him close up in games and at camps, etc.

I thought Crawford was our #1 WR target? Are we going to drop Crawford now? I would hope not.. Can someone please explain how the cards will fall when/if he commits?

On McDoom.  While in Florida for the bowl game my family and I went to the Under Armour AA game.  McDoom's entire family was behind us and we got to talking with them (most of our group had on some Michigan apparel).  They spoke very highly of Michigan and seemed like big fans of the school and program, but never gave any hints that he would decommit from Oregon.  Maybe it was our talk that convinced McDoom to go to Michigan instead!/s

McDoom is in, Nate Johnson heads to Notre Dame.  Seems to be how the WR situation will shake out, but hold onto your butts...this recruiting season has been nuts.

Dude has the perfect marketing name if he ends up being a top NFL receiver.  "McDonald's now serving the McDoom - its basically the McJordan but better"
