Alfred Watson of Topeka, Kansas Poll has UM as Preseason #1

Submitted by alum96 on

Returning starters - a lot

Lost to graduation - a few

Key takeaways from Alfred:  "I just like this team, have you seen the helmets - they are snazzy... and I think my poll holds up to any other out there.  Also ,,, Harbaugh."

Alfred has Bama #2,  Baylor #3, FSU #4, Clemson #5, Houston #6, Notre Dame #7..... OSU #9 and MSU #17 if interested.

Discuss.

The mainstream media does not WANT you to find out about Alfred's poll.  He has been doing this sh** for 5 decades now - I am not going to reveal which senior citizen center he works from because of the black helicopter stuff we all know to be true but the truth is out there - you just have to seek it.

Look man, I know there has been a long standing feud between the uminks & Watsons clans that spans generations (read about it on wikipedia so must be true) but no one is going to stop Alfred's roll....

Side note, has anybody noticed Rashan Gary's recent Twitter follows? I saw a screenshot on Twitter and checked for myself -- his recent follows are basically every Michigan commit and target. That can't be a bad thing. He's even followed the 2017 guys.

We have a ways to go based on Bama the last two games. How the hell did OSU beat them last year?

This thread should be deleted. I get the joke--ha ha-- but I am not sure why this couldn't have been made in a thread. And yes, turd in the punch bowl and all that, but I don't know what makes this different than any other stupid thread that gets deleted all the time.

See, I don't know why we haven't turned to Alfred for insight in the past - this seems like a missed opportunity that we, as a community, should look to correct in the coming year. Occasional consulations and a good study of the historical accuracy of Alfred's Poll and Alfred's Picks during the season might be prudent, but I am hopeful he can contribute.
