Mgoblog Madden 16 connected franchise

I'm thinking of starting a mgoblog connected franchise on Madden 16 (PSN). I saw a post like this when I searched, but upon checking it appears that that league has not been created (anyone in the know?). The league would be called MGOBLOGmadden. The difficulty will be all-pro with seven minute quarters. All relocations will be allowed. It is open to every position, coaches, and owners. I plan on starting during the regular season unless anyone has strong feelings against it. Please give team. PASSWORD IS goblue (no caps)

I've never done a connected franchise, but I have a PS4 and Madden so it sounds interesting.  How does it work?  when are games?  I have a career with weird hours so I can't just drop everythign and play at any time.

I kinda suck too so I imagine i'm good for other people to pad their stats against.
