will tonight's game be on WatchESPN? I don't have ESPNU...wtf why doesn't BTN have this game...

Yes.

Why would a game that is comprised of players from multiple conferences be on BTN?

I believe that Tai was referring to tonight's hoops matchup given the OT aspect of his post.

Simple mistake. +1 for the mea culpa
January 7th, 2016 at 4:34 PM ^
What network will that game by on?
January 7th, 2016 at 4:36 PM ^
NFL Network at 4pm. Will start right after the MBB game at Nebraska ends.
January 7th, 2016 at 4:35 PM ^
The East will also have a decided schematic advantage.
January 7th, 2016 at 4:37 PM ^
So they will be holding the pregame oreo eating competition again?
January 7th, 2016 at 4:49 PM ^
Okay, maybe not forever.
January 7th, 2016 at 5:46 PM ^
As soon as he's done buffering at least.
January 7th, 2016 at 6:06 PM ^
And he's coaching against June Jones, who is, you know...competent.
Gonna be tough sledding for the East team.

Rudock turned a lot of heads during the Citrus Bowl. If he can get some significant playing time and puts in an impressive performance, his draft stock will continue to rise. If he has a poor performance, it might erase the Citrus Bowl positives. I hope the Shrine's OC calls the right plays for him.

Hopefully he lands in a good organization. Odds Baltimore ends up being the one to pick him up??

when they played at Stanford and 1 time at the SF giants newish stadium. Kind of boring but great cheap seats.
January 7th, 2016 at 5:06 PM ^
suprised they chose bolden and not morgan. I think morgan is the better player. Hopefully he gets a combine invite
January 7th, 2016 at 5:51 PM ^
choosing the best player, it's about choosing the best "person." Typically they look for more extracurricular/charity stuff, and Bolden must have a decided schematic advantage in that category in order to get the nod.
That said, this isn't a knock against Morgan at all and I agree with you as far as performance on-field goes... the Shriners are just looking for exemplary off-the-field performances, i.e. Devin Gardner last year.
January 7th, 2016 at 5:09 PM ^
I've heard of some players rejecting these invites because they feel it could actually worsen their stock or lead to an injury.
I'm curious if there were any UM players who got invited that aren't listed here? Isn't Jarrod Wilson good enough for this game?
January 7th, 2016 at 5:49 PM ^
There are 3 college all star games. Shrine, NFLPA and Senior Bowl.
I think only sure fire 1st rounders decline the chance to get tape vs top competition. Some may decline for pre-existing injuries though.
January 7th, 2016 at 8:46 PM ^
I think Rudock or Glasgow will get drafted late...keep the streak alive.
January 7th, 2016 at 8:46 PM ^
I will be really bothered if Desmond Morgan is not invited to any of them.

Uhhh, no.

I realize it's going to be very difficult to replicate Tom Brady's NFL success, but his best college season saw him complete 62.8% of his passes for 2,586 yards, 20 TDs, and 6 INTs. Rudock completed 64% of his passes for 3,017 yards, 20 TDs, and 9 INTs. Granted, Brady lost some playing time to Drew Henson, but Rudock was also in his first year of a new system, whereas Brady was in his fifth year in the same program.
