Ticket info for Cold War 2
Just called the UM ticket office... no details are available for the Cold War 2 ticket purchase yet... end of February expect first press release and details on pricing and availability. I'm going to also call the alumni association and put a bug in the ear of them to get in on this to offer tickets to local alumni associations first, similar to the football ticket packages.
If anyone hears anything else, please post here.

I don't think it's going to be that difficult to get tickets.

For Cold War I, you could buy at maximum a group of 30. I anticipate interest in this is going to be higher. If you're just a single / dual coming off the street for the game, yeah, you'll probably get to purchase tickets from scalpers pretty easy. But if you're going to try and make this a family/alumni club/big group outing, you're going to need to do some pre-planning.

Thanks for taking a little initiative here, I clicked on this expecting to read "Anyone know how to get tickets? Brian/Tim/TOB/TomVH?"

I agree they should offer tickets to local alumni organizations AND current season ticket holders. There may not be a shortage of tickets, but rather a shortage of GOOD tickets.

Agreed. Seeing the ball from the top row can be hard enough. Seeing a puck? No way.

As an alum that's not "local" I would appreciate good tickets being available to the entire alumni association. I'll be coming back for it either way but I'd much rather come back for great tickets.

I figure that the end-zone video boards will be put to use and show the action (closed circuit TV style).
