I think there is something sticky in your keyboard, as you seem to repeat certain letters to great excess. Now, I am not saying what that sticky substance is, but FYI...

They'll most likely be down to six returning starters for next season as all the rest are expected to go. I know we get both of the rivals on the road, but with a strong O'Korn I really think 2016 could be our best opportunity in the next three to make a big run.
January 4th, 2016 at 2:42 PM ^
I think the next two years should be a really good chance.
January 4th, 2016 at 2:47 PM ^
2017 is terrifying. We lose a ton of guys at just about every position.
January 4th, 2016 at 2:51 PM ^
2017 will have the youngest two-deep we'll ever see in Harbaugh's tenure. I really think the talent we have next year is enough for Harbaugh to make a real run with.
January 4th, 2016 at 2:53 PM ^
That's very true, we lose a ton. But....Harbaugh!!!???
January 4th, 2016 at 2:50 PM ^
Next season will still be tough and OSU isn't going anywhere, unfortunately. We have MSU and OSU on the road this year. We have not won in Columbus since the 90s. MSU, on the other hand - well, I'm not too worried about them. It took a miracle for them to beat us last year. We will finally end their streak on October 29th. I know we said that last year we would beat them (it was my one guarantee), but like I said...it took a miracle of epic proportions to beat us in 2015.
January 4th, 2016 at 2:51 PM ^
Close, but the last time UM won in Columbus was 2000.
January 4th, 2016 at 3:08 PM ^
Well, technically math states that 2000 is the last year of the 90s decade, but thanks for correcting me.

The end of 2000 completed 2000 years, which is why 2000 was not the start of the current millennium, rather the completion of the last millennium. Sure, 2000 is a number in the 2000s, but it's the completion of the last millennium. It's simpe math.

Real math. The beauty of math is that it cannot be proved wrong when done correctly.
January 4th, 2016 at 8:13 PM ^
This is not simple math. It is a case where math doesn't really apply. It is common knowledge that just about every culture on the earth celebrated the new millenium on Jan 1 2000 at midnight. Are you trying to tell us that almost every other living person on the earth was wrong that day? I spent a lot of money on a double magnum of Dom so I guess that makes me the dumbass? Did you listen to Prince growing up? We partied like it's 1999 because that was the end of the millenium and 2000 was the start of the new.
You don't need to go to Michigan to understand common knowledge. When somone says the 90's they mean 1990-1999. Come on.
January 4th, 2016 at 9:27 PM ^
I mean...I just cannot understand how people don't get simple math. There was no year zero. Let's say I decide time starts right now. Next year on this day, that will be the completion of ONE year. Do that ten times and you have ten years COMPLETED. It's the same with the year 2000, which ended the last millennium.
January 4th, 2016 at 10:26 PM ^
Everyone understands simple math. Everyone understands there was no year 0.
Almost all cultures following our calendar have decided to celebrate the beginning of the millenia on the year 1000 and 2000 and will again in year 3000. This is not a mathematical argument, it is a political, social, common knowledge etc argument.
Everyone but you recognizes that the 90's do not include the year 2000. The 90's are 1990-1999.
Am I really having this argument?

Are you sure there was no year 0 or is anyone?
Around 525 Dionysius invented the Anno Domini era.
1. Dionysius set conception and birth prior to the year he called 1
2. It wasn't until about 2 centuries later that the English historian Bede began the practice of counting the years before 1 ad as "BC" years. Since the concept of 0 and of negative numbers was unknown to him he started with 1 BC.
Most Christians and most everyone else follow this calendar which begins at the conception of Christ which happened at least 9 months prior to AD 1 at least according to the first Monk who created the counting system used in our modern calendar.
"I mean...I just cannot understand how people don't get simple math"
Most everyone here does get simple math. Did you take any other classes in college?
Many more factors go into determining when the millenium changes than just math, the most important of which is when people perceive it to change.

My reply to your last statement is that some people dislike facts when they don't coincide with their own beliefs and hence, choose to ignore said facts.

do.
People forget that the Lions once were a powerhouse. That's what so painful about the Lions sixty year hiatus from winning. They once were king of the jungle.

I am familiar with their pre-Super Bowl era success, but the San Francisco 49ers they are not.
