OT-Dahmer to OSU
Perusing the wikipedia entry for Jeffrey Dahmer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Dahmer), I came across the tidbit in the early life section that he attended Ohio State University. I always thought there was something weird about that guy.

Everyone murders.

Everybody eats people.

damn this board makes me laugh every single day
January 21st, 2010 at 12:42 PM ^
but not everyone eats who they murder. Hopefully Pryor reads this just in case. You never know those osu kids are a crazy bunch

to this quote will always get a +1

This is exactly what I do when I'm bored, too...look up murderers on Wikipedia.

I'm glad the OP had the presence of mind to add "OT" to the title or I would have thought this thread was a complete waste of time.
January 21st, 2010 at 12:44 PM ^
Just sayin'...
In other news this week, Gordon Gee of OSU is the highest compensated president of a public university.

The Unabomber was just misguided. Kevorkian? Ahead of his time. Richard Loeb? Persecuted for intelligence. Dahmer? Real bad guy.

"Our murderers are less reprehensible than your murderers"
Gee, ya have that one on us.
January 21st, 2010 at 12:47 PM ^
Ours are still better. tOSU shall always be second to us. We claim Doctor Jack and the Unabomber.
Since you have so much time on your hands, I will let you look up the cites on Wiki.

These alumni would make for a great bizarro Big Ten Commercial.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:15 PM ^
I personally find nothing wrong with Dr. Kevorkian's beliefs or actions. I'm not ashamed to say he was a Wolverine.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:21 PM ^
I was thinking Dr. Jack Ramsey, bball commentator and former coach.
January 21st, 2010 at 12:47 PM ^
Does anybody know the address for OSU admissions?
January 21st, 2010 at 12:50 PM ^
compared to H H Holmes, who graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1884 (as Herman Mudgett). Granted, HHH didn't eat his victims, Dahmer has the edge in the cannibalism category.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:05 PM ^
The info was interesting. That HH Holmes dude was one sick puppy....
January 21st, 2010 at 1:19 PM ^
always the businessman, he made money by selling his victims' skeletons to medical schools. That's the sort of entrepreneurship that marks the "Michigan Difference"!
January 22nd, 2010 at 12:04 PM ^
I'm still laughing about that comment. Awsome.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:33 PM ^
Seconded. That's some pretty sick stuff.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:07 PM ^
Read that entry - that stuff was insane... I'd love to find out more about the "Castle". What a sick dude.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:13 PM ^
H H Holmes' Castle
Here's an e-book for $2.99
January 21st, 2010 at 11:19 PM ^
I was pressing my luck being on Mgoblog at work - wasnt going to look for mass murderer information while there :-)
January 21st, 2010 at 12:48 PM ^
When asked why he didn't turn in his assignments, he replied, "I hate my homework." This was Biology class.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:10 PM ^
Understandable mistake to mis-hear it, but I bet he actually said "I ate my homework".
January 21st, 2010 at 1:13 PM ^
Did not even notice that. Good eye sir.
January 21st, 2010 at 12:59 PM ^
Based on the title, at first I thought we lost out on a big recruit. A real killer LB or something....
Glad to see my pessimism was misplaced.
January 21st, 2010 at 5:01 PM ^
OSU always gets the five-star cannibals.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:06 PM ^
people from osu and coming out of that shithole...Vince Doria. The senior vice president and director of news for all ESPN platforms. I now know why ESPN hates Michigan.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:11 PM ^
must come from his "if you can't beat em, join em" way of thinking.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:29 PM ^
I didn't know what to think when I read the title, and after reading the thread, I'm still not sure what to think. Time to take a nap.
January 21st, 2010 at 1:49 PM ^
What was your motivation to wiki Dahmer?
January 21st, 2010 at 2:31 PM ^
I saw a big chunk of Ambrosia baking chocolate at my house and I asked "is this Dahmer chocolate"? IT is (Dahmer worked at the Ambrosia chocolate factory in Milwaukee).
January 21st, 2010 at 2:36 PM ^
You just have to worry about the nutty bits in the chocolate.. because they may not be nuts...
January 21st, 2010 at 5:57 PM ^
Or at least not the type of nuts you'd assume to be in there...
January 21st, 2010 at 3:02 PM ^
You know you're from the midwest if you ask who's bringing the ambrosia to the party. Bonus if decorated with mini marshmallows.
January 21st, 2010 at 6:45 PM ^
You used to be able to smell the Ambrosia factory all over downtown MKE when I was a little kid.
Hasn't been quite as appealing in the post-Dahmer years, though.
January 21st, 2010 at 6:58 PM ^
Dahmer dropped out of tUofOSU after one term...
(insert random intelligence joke here)
