MGoCereal Vote

Submitted by Smoothitron on

I'm mad I missed the cereal debate yesterday so I'm injecting myself into it now.

Pretty simple.  Click the link, choose "other" , and type in your favorite cereal and I'll count up all the horrible misspelled results and post them here after 24 hours or something to find out what the official BESTCEREALEVER is.

No rules.  If you want to get on the Cap'n Crunch Erotica subreddit and rally for votes, that's fine.  If you cheat on an online poll about breakfast cereal, that says a lot about you.

I'm a grown man and don't consider cereal for kids only. It's just food...delicious food at that. I seriously cut back on how much cereal I eat because the ones I like are loaded with sugar, but every now and then I get about five boxes on a grocery store trip.

a caucasion male in my mid thirties from the midwest with brownish blond hair, blue eyes, about 6'1, 210, and I really have to agree that cereal is for grown up as well.  Raisen Bran never gets old.

As you forgot to enter shoe size, adidas or Nike, marital status, whether you have kids (and then their ages and whether they're in private or public school) and lastly, whether your countertops are granite or not.

Because it is fact that the best cereal is a tie between Grape Nuts, Frosted Flakes, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks and Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries.

I remember making my mom buy that when I was a kid, as I liked both grapes and nuts.

She told me that I wouldn't like it, but I was adamant that it was going to be delicious.

Boy was I pissed when I found out that box was full of gravel.  To mom's credit, she didn't make me eat all of it.  I think she was too busy laughing at my disgust and disappointment.

Definitely a big shout out to Grape-nuts, the king of cereals. For those of you without a mountain of chest hair, throw some raisins in there like I do. Gives it a little bit of sweetness and chewiness, which balances out the crunch.

Added bonus of Grape-nuts is they could keep you satiated until dinner, whereas all these sugar cereals can't even tide you over til lunch.

Please, don't feel sad.  I like to both chew my cereal, and have the capacity to breathe while eating said bowl of cereal.  Both options are not available when eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch (and the other cereals in this category).  You basically go with one or the other then race to the finish.  I like to enjoy/taste/breathe when I eat cereal, so it's out of the running.

Though the tastiness of CTC is not in question, it is only crunchy for ~18 seconds before it rapidly descends into an amorphus cinnamon tasting thixotropic colloid.

There is a veritable plethora of cereal options out there that allow me more than 46 seconds of time to eat the bowl before it turns to mush.

VALUE. Not only is it the only cereal to create a feeling of actual fullness, but the box will literally last your entire lifetime. You can get a cow producing milk exclusively for your first box of Grape Nuts and it will eventually die after a long and healthy life before the box is empty. Needs a heaping spoon of sugar per bowl though.
