I'm sure it won't. We really don't have a pass rusher in this recruiting class unless you count Ronald Johnson and he's much more of a SDE and not a pure pass rusher type edge guy. I'd bet the recruits are just happy we landed another great recruit.

wow i feel like im getting such a great behind the scenes look here. And Carlo sounds true blue. It would be nice if he could be an "elite pass rusher" as Harbaugh says.

I think he was referencing the Buck position, which we do not have a guy who can consistently get to the QB from that position. RJS has been good in relief, but he is not an elite pass rusher and will be gone.

We haven't seen enough from Marshall to know if he can get to the QB next year. Our pass rush with Henry, Hurst, and Wormley have been pretty solid this year in my opinion.

3 of the top 4 sack guys in the nation are in the Big 10.  And Bosa isn't one.   Either is Calhoun.

So yes we lack that elite guy from the edge that our competitors have.  We sort have a bunch of converted DTs getting rush.  Taco was supposed to be that sort of guy but hasn't really found his calling yet. If you had a dude off the edge combined with the guys we have inside it would just be unfair.

We currently have the number 2 defense in the country with the strength of the team at dl and Harbaugh isn't satisfied with the current pass rushing. I love it. He won't stop until we're a dynasty.

This is great and Kemp does seem like a classy kid. Btw, my grandfather would tell my sisters and all of my 1st cousins that we (individually) were his favorites, so yeah, Harbaugh's not my grandfather but I'm sure he has many favorites. Also, a little extra motivation for our current players.
