Rich Eisen - ultimate troll god
Well Jemele Hill didn't take long to implode on Twitter after the game, and Rich Eisen had a great retort.
Wonder how it feels to be on the wrong end of a bizarre finish you don't deserve that you'll replay over and over in your head. @jemelehill

That's mean. She could get burned by the fire.
November 8th, 2015 at 9:42 AM ^
Why do I care what she says?
I love Rich Eisen's response though.
November 8th, 2015 at 10:48 AM ^
Funny, it looks like she deleted her Twitter this morning

@espn Do you really condone this vulgar language from an anchor of one of your most popular shows??? pic.twitter.com/wHhK62wKTp

OMG I hate her so much.
Also, they're just words. I'd like to smack the mother fucker who deemed certain words as being bad. I see no reason why shit and fuck are "bad" words. They're just words of expression. Big fucking deal.
November 8th, 2015 at 12:51 AM ^
They are just words, but the reality is that many people find them offensive, and it's pretty remarkable that ESPN would just completely ignore a statement like that from a prominent on-air personality. She continually demonstrates a total inability to conduct herself with professionalism.
I suspect that behind closed doors, she will be having a discussion with higher-ups.
November 8th, 2015 at 12:54 AM ^
I get it.
And don't worry...Monday morning is coming. I'm sure she will have a meeting with her boss or bosses then.
November 8th, 2015 at 1:26 PM ^
I doubt that. She would just play the "I'm a strong, black woman" bit that she has made a career of to gain support. That no talent hack uses that as her primary skill.
November 8th, 2015 at 1:53 AM ^
oh lord, stop with wanting everyone fired for things they have said. I guarantee you have said plenty of fucked up shit in your life. stop with the PC police shit. she didñt hurt anyone and know body believes she was speaking on ESPN behalf.
November 8th, 2015 at 6:00 AM ^
Considering she works in media and uses social media as part of her job I see no reason why she shouldn't be expected to act accordingly on social media in a professional manner.

she doesn't need to be fired. There are plenty of reasonably disciplinary actions besides firing everybody to maintain some false image.
November 8th, 2015 at 7:44 AM ^
She will simply tweet out an apology either today or tomorrow saying it was an emotional thing blah blah blah.
No need to fire her just needs to apologize for using "vulgar" language. We live in a world today in which everything offends at least someone.
November 8th, 2015 at 7:54 AM ^
Exactly. It bothers me that we live in a world where people are so quick to demand someone be fired. As if there's no gray area and mistakes aren't made.
November 8th, 2015 at 9:34 AM ^
Not to mention, if you fire them, you can't laugh at them any more.
November 8th, 2015 at 8:18 AM ^
Irony is dismissing ideas as "just words" with "no harm" when you're one of thousands reading and posting to a board thats mostly "just words" on a screen.
Maybe these "words" people so blithely dismiss have another function past filling blank space and making noise. The only possible way to label reactions as PC is to be blissfully ignorant of what language is or does.
November 8th, 2015 at 12:51 PM ^
How PC of you to claim that only ignoance causes people to label PC positions as PC.
November 8th, 2015 at 11:32 AM ^
yes but he is not a tv personality....
November 8th, 2015 at 10:16 AM ^
With ESPN dumping every employee they can find an excuse to get rid of, I wonder what Jemele is thinking. I wouldn't be surprised if she got fired for using that word on Twitter.
November 8th, 2015 at 1:02 PM ^
So in other words you'll be using that language when you talk to your own children.
"Brandon, drink your fucking milk or you're going to your motherfucking room for a goddamn time out. And Melissa, you bitch, one more word out of your filthy cocksucking whore mouth and you're fucking grounded for a shiteating month."
November 8th, 2015 at 1:41 PM ^
"Don's Daycare"
I'd send my kids there.
Toughen the little bastards up.

to fire her. That rant and her comments are over the top.
November 8th, 2015 at 12:49 AM ^
They need to fire her because she's terrible. She is a prime example of everything that is wrong with ESPN.
November 8th, 2015 at 9:07 AM ^
Keeping her around reminds everyone who has watched ESPN for long time just how much the quality of on air talent has declined. The current lineup is just a shadow of the former on air talent. Ms Hill is just another example of a paid troll/ clickbait generator for the House of Mouse.
November 8th, 2015 at 11:40 AM ^
Nice logic.
November 8th, 2015 at 10:00 AM ^
They finally pulled the plug on Whitlock now maybe she needs pulled too. I remember it didn't take long for Dana to be gone.
Thanks Brian, I am now imagining Hill lying in the wet spot next to Whitlock.
November 8th, 2015 at 12:52 AM ^
She has a much longer leash than others in the media. Canning her leaves ESPN very vulnerable to a discrimination lawsuit. Her MO has been the race card and aggressive feminism her entire career. She would claim that if she is being singled out.
November 8th, 2015 at 4:29 AM ^
You seem like a nice feller
November 8th, 2015 at 8:54 AM ^
Well, he's right
November 8th, 2015 at 9:10 AM ^
Right, because ESPN is so quick to can anyone else they employ who acts like a moron...
November 8th, 2015 at 7:52 AM ^
Spot on
November 8th, 2015 at 10:48 AM ^
Wet Spot on
November 8th, 2015 at 8:41 AM ^
Agree. She is not the only one that plays the race card at ESPN. Howard Bryant writes for the last page on The Magazine and EVERY ONE of his is race bating. He's the reason I cancelled my subscription.
