a little naive coming in, but I wouldn't compare him to Kiffin. RR was a very successful head coach at multiple schools who I imagine came in thinking things would be a bit easier at UM. Kiffen's a tool whose success came as an assistant in the USC machine. IMO, doesn't have the success to justify the arrogance.

comes around. No matter the age or gender of those who review and contribute to this blog, we are old and mature enough to know one thing. Lane Kiffin and USC are going to get theirs one day...and that day is coming. You can take my two cents to the bank and watch the interest grow.

At least this guy is going to crash and burn at USC, or at least if there is truly and sense of justice and decency left in the world he should. What a fucking joke.

I'm so sick of hearing about this asshole and seeing his youthful deviant fuck face all over the place...I can't stand this guy. But...if they showed more of his wife, I'd be ok with it. Google Layla Kiffin and upvote me afterward because I told you so if you didn't already know. When you see her pic, just remember who she's married to and who he coaches before you even think of "Miss Michigan"...hahahaha if you know what I mean

The most infuriating part of all these accounts is that this proves that everything he did, he did at USC also. USC has/is doing these things and getting away with it (for now).

Man, that's pretty bad. Reading something like that makes me feel lucky that Michigan has Rodriguez. We got him because he looked up to Don Nehlen, who looked up to Bo. He left his alma mater to go Blue. He wants to be here. Showing recruits USC highlights? Putting USC shit up in the athletic department? You could be a fan of UT rival and care more about the Vols than and their traditions than Kiffin did.

3-9 and 5-7 in perspective. I would really not want to be a UT fan the last two years. And I think UM will come out smelling like a rose in a year or two. If you look at sportsmanship, off-the-field stuff and team GPA (never mind the RAWK) I think you find that RR is more the Michigan Man than anyone could have hoped for, and when the W's start coming in, we will have the complete package right here. Go Blue.

"Kiffin smirked. 'Well, whatever Tennessee's been doing isn't working anymore, so we're coming up with something new. Get used to it.'" Isn't this basically what we've been told over the past two years, albeit in nicer, around-the-bush kinds of ways?

It is reducible to that, yes. However, the way Coach Rodriguez has been bringing about his change compares quite favorably to how Kiffin has (allegedly) been doing things. If he'd come in and started showing highlights of Florida, with images of Percy Harvin ("SPEED") or Tim Tebow ("PASSION") going around, I'm pretty sure he'd have been run off quicker than you can say "lolwtfbbqrofl."
