Cool Whip? Disgusting. Spend 5 minutes and whip up some heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.

So it depends on if you made or bought the pie. Spend 90 minutes making and baking a pie, spend the 5 minutes to make real whipped cream. Buying a pie from somewhere? Pick up some Redi-Whip.

its also for those who like sissy beers, but I digress.
Tonight will probably be a nice Founders Porter, but I'm breakin out this bad boy for gameday tomorrow...

Pff... pumpkin ale isn't just for those you like sissy beers any more than Christmas ale or anything like that. They're approachable seasonal beers. Give me a good stout or something with an IBU that would take paint off a car. Hell, I even order sour beer sometimes.

That was a damn good joke.

It's funny. Someone said that in another beer drinking thread and got negged to hell about it. I guess timing is everything. On the record, pumpkin ale is delicious.

I'm partial to Pumking, but I like just about every pumpkin beer.

Leaving work in about 30, heading straight to the liqour store and picking up a 6-pack. Any suggestions? I'm in MD.

You cannot go wrong with pumpkin ale or Octoberfest this time of year.

it's made by Duclaw Brewing. Don't try it if you don't like peanut butter. http://duclaw.com/beer/sweet-baby-jesus/

SBJ was actually the beer that got me into the craft scene. Haven't had it since last year, so that's a great idea - thanks!

That's a really tasty beer...but, man, more than one puts me into a sugar coma. It's delicious, but it's riiiiich.

I was asking if you had always been Australian and didn't express that in the past or whether you were trying to craft a different persona this time around by posting Australian stuff.
