It would be far from the most ridiculous go fund me cause.  Although to keep it on the DL it should be called "We need $100,000 for Ashanray Arygay to go to Ichiganmay".  That would definitely keep the NCAA away

My raccoon also has hepatitis, have you read the trends.  If you carefully read the limited research it may be an epidemic similar to the coon flu of 1993 which contrary to popular belief was not caused by returning GI's.

an excuse I've come to respect, with a brand new Welsh Terrier puppy to deal with, I think that giving Rashan special recognition would rate high with Mom.

People show the LOVE tomorrow. We need this guy to rock steady down the line.

No. That would be sad and kinda pathetic for many reasons, but the first row that come to mind are

A) he hasn't played a snap at UM so why would we cheer for him?

B) I only cheer for the guys who want to be here, not the guys "thinking about it" or "mulling it over" and particularly not for the guys who by most predictions won't even come here. How stupid would you feel if the whole stadium chants it, and he picks Bama?

I think people's criticisms of this - though I admit I'm having to imagine most of them - are based in either over-thinking things or being too cool for school.

Do you check this blog 50 times a day and follow recruting?  Then you are not too cool to chant Rashan Gary's name.  It just shows him he's wanted.  No one will be corrupted by this.  Jim Harbaugh would like it.

i really doubt he would think this is a good idea. a seventeen year old kid that nobody has probably ever met or talked to, and you are going to chant for him? really weird.

Well, if Sam Webb thinks it's a good idea then by a means, we should all do exactly as he says (this is /s).

Its not for me though. He knows we want him, pretty much all teams do, he can go where he wants. As a 35+ year old, I refuse to chant the name of an 18 year old who isn't on the team and very well may never be. It sounds astoundingly ridiculous to me. But that's my opinion.

What CLord said.

It worked for McGary, it's got to be fun for the recruits, it should be fun for the fans, what's not to love?

Some of the attitude in this thread is mind-boggling. You won't cheer for an 18-year-old because you're in your 30s? That's a Dave Brandon move.
