They kind of ripped off WWE from WrestleMania 25.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:40 PM ^
And WWE ripped of the 2000 MTV music awards Slim Shady army.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:51 PM ^
Simpson's did it.

I can't believe anyone would rip off past WrestleMania imagery.
August 14th, 2015 at 6:09 PM ^
Oh the irony
August 14th, 2015 at 6:27 PM ^
Shhhhh.
August 14th, 2015 at 8:11 PM ^
Can you turn the HarbArmy into a GIF for me?
August 14th, 2015 at 5:20 PM ^
Will Mrs. Devotee be attending the battle?
August 14th, 2015 at 6:52 PM ^
Why would he take his mom?
August 14th, 2015 at 8:10 PM ^
I'm taking his mom. I will woo her.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:21 PM ^
Where do I enlist?
August 14th, 2015 at 5:30 PM ^
But man, that is an awful commercial. It probably sounded like a good idea on storyboards, but yeesh.
That's a shame, because so many of ESPN's advertisements are truly clever. That network is better at doing in-house ads than almost anything else. (I think many 30 for 30 productions are really strong, too. Of course, I understand that ESPN is only underwriting those 30 for 30s, rather than actively producing them.)
August 14th, 2015 at 6:11 PM ^
Maybe I have bad taste, but I thought it was cool. It was Urban talking, he's the reigning champ, and it had unique representations of many of the top contenders (plus us). I thought it was a neat ad and I haven't see anything like it in former years.
August 14th, 2015 at 6:25 PM ^
Well, if I'm your arbiter of taste, we're in real trouble!
August 14th, 2015 at 6:55 PM ^
What about pizza? Can I like pizza? Because if not, we're done here. Yes, even frozen pizza.
August 14th, 2015 at 7:25 PM ^
Pizza? Now that's what I call a taco!
August 14th, 2015 at 7:31 PM ^
Pizza is absolutely allowed. Even frozen. Hell, even bootleg store-brand Totino's.
You can even like that awful commercial. 'Murica!
August 14th, 2015 at 8:11 PM ^
I wasn't too keen on seeing Urban's crimson wave coming in. Ugh, periods, yuck!
You hear that Urban? Bears...now you're putting all of college football in jeopardy -_-
August 14th, 2015 at 6:18 PM ^
I liked it

criticize something specific here, or was it just awful?
"Criticism without a suggested solution is just a complaint."
Great contribution, guy.
August 14th, 2015 at 7:08 PM ^
I also thought it was kinda cool.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:26 PM ^
That guy talking IS a jackass! I really hate dumb dick.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:30 PM ^
So, do you really like smart dick?

August 14th, 2015 at 5:30 PM ^
It's not bad. If the roles were reversed, we'd be Stan Marsh's dad meme.

August 15th, 2015 at 4:31 AM ^
somebody must have really hated it, to take the time to down vote everyone who said anything even remotely positive about the video. Lol what a dick move
August 14th, 2015 at 5:39 PM ^
I loved it. Great commercial.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:45 PM ^
It kind of looks like the guy leading the HarbArmy is Joel McHale
August 14th, 2015 at 5:54 PM ^
McHale's Army?
August 14th, 2015 at 5:56 PM ^
You're the same.
August 14th, 2015 at 5:54 PM ^
It's called a "scourge" of Harbaughs. We've discussed the his people!!!
August 14th, 2015 at 5:59 PM ^
I kinda hope ESPN does more commercials like this for CFB. The ultra-stylized look really kinda sets it apart from a ton of the other sports commercials and the like, y'know?
August 14th, 2015 at 7:36 PM ^
Why do you have to be that guy?
August 14th, 2015 at 8:33 PM ^
A lot of people hate on ESPN, but they treat college football as a priority. They do it up right.
In contrast, I hate the way networks like Fox and NBC cover it, like they are just killing time until Sunday when their real priority kicks in.

This should be mandatory viewing for anyone who lives under the delusion that we should have a costumed mascot.
August 14th, 2015 at 6:04 PM ^
Eat only leaves. Then you'll see real spooky shit.
August 14th, 2015 at 6:03 PM ^
To counter act the rogue downvoter, this is now a posbang in my eyes.
