May be the best thing to happen to NO - now the pressure to go undefeated fades away, and they get a nice dose of reality - that anyone in this league can beat you. They have been winning some crazy games recently - against ATL last week, a few weeks ago against Miami, etc. I still think that what derailed NE a few years ago was the fact they didn't lose to the Ravens or Giants late in the season, and the pressure of the perfect season and never losing allowed some bad habits to fester. I agree, though, that the pair of losses is a kick in the groin. Especially Dallas.

playoffs only got 8 points out of Drew Brees. I got 27 out of Peyton Manning. I really really want him to lose so I don't have to play him next week(he has Chris Johnson and Ray Rice). Yay Cowboy D.

I was hoping that the Superbowl would be undefeated Colts vs undefeated Saints for only one reason, I would never have to listen to Mercury Morris on ESPN ever again. I hate that guy

I'd rather have the Dolphins keep their stupid record, rather than Peyton getting an undefeated season. Times have changed, and I don't think their record has any meaning to it, anyways. 19-1 Patriots were way better than the 17-0 'Fins. Conversely, I can't stand Manning and the Colts. I realize Brady might be fading a little, but I'm still hanging on to him. Manning can go screw himself (no offense to the guy above who has him on his fantasy team)

It was inevitable. We have more defensive holes than ever in the secondary- half our starters are gone. T Romo just took advantage of that tonight.

I really didn't care if the Saints went undefeated but I just hate the fact that the Cowboys were the team that beat them. I also agree with many of you guys have said with regards to not wanting the Colts/Manning to go undefeated.

similar to how NE's did against Baltimore in 2007. Not that the Saints, or the 2007 Pats aren't great teams. Just that the finesse offense has problem with a good D-line after 10 games in an NFL season. And its not going to get better. But I do believe that if the Saints have a chance at winning the whole thing it will be because they lost tonight like some stated above. Now all the regular season 16-0 pressure is gone and they can regroup as well as have the target taken off their backs. The Colts might get the 16-0 but they will not make it to the SB. Unlike the Patriots 2007 season where they demolished every team except 3-4, the Colts & the Saints until tonight, were just barely getting by and brushing death away in many of their wins. I think they are due and most likely its going to happen in the first game of the playoffs.

Isn't falling off or losing a step. He is ahead of schedule if you ask me. I look at other athletes who had the same type of injury and they never got back on track as quickly as Brady did. He'll be sharper next season. Look at how long it took Carson Palmer.
