I was not as lucky as Nik, my first car was not a brand new Porsche. Mine was a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan mini-van - absolute chick magnet. What was your first car?

1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. A perfect car for when I turned 16.

Those cars were great for new drivers to have, but they were not great for new drivers to learn on and then drive something else. The street cars in my driving school were all Cutlass Cieras, something like '92 or '93. They had gas pedals that you really had to mash down to make the car move. So of course, the first time driving something different, mash down the gas pedal was exactly what I did. Mom's minivan never moved so damn quick.

Mine didn't seem to have that going on.
It actually taught me how to brake like a champ. No ABS so I had to learn how to 'pump the brakes'. Made driving a newer car with ABS a piece of cake.
2000 Dodge Durango V8 Magnum. Absolute beast!

Came with a price, meaning?
My mom leased me a BMW when I turned 17. I told her I'd maintain a 3.9, which I did. I'd do the same for my kids.
Omg me and Nik have the same first car!! Except mine was a '99 Expedition. Pretty much the same thing though, right?

My first car was a hand me down that my older sister had to drive because she was a terrible driver. It was a 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger with a slant 6 in it. It had to be arguably one of the ugliest cars ever produced. My parents only gave a couple hundred bucks for it. It ran fine, it was just an eyesore to look at. I couldn't complain since it was a free car.
That picture is a close match, but mine had a light brown vinyl roof and some rust of course.
car should also be posted. Mine was a 1986 Chevy Nova. Acquired in.....2000. Paid 200 bucks for it.
It was 1997 and the car was a primer black 1983, imported by Dodge Colt that I paid $100 for. I sold it for the same price to a friend and shortly afterwards, while in mid-turn, the passenger-side front tire broke off at the studs.
They left the car in the street.
2007 Silver Honda Accord 4 door. I believe it had a V8 engine as well. Thing was quick as hell.
They've never made Accords with a V8 buddy. You don't even know what kind of engine was in your first car? Kids these days.
Thats why I said "I believe." I wasn't sure what kind of engine it was. All I remember was it was fast as hell and could beat everyone in a race easily. But its cool being an ass. Which I'm guessing once you see this you'll just say "Oh, I was just being sarcastic."
I was definitely not being sarcastic. As a man, you should know what kind of engine is in your car.
Word to your mutha
Yes because that is a precursor to being a man. Way to make yourself even more of an ass.
whoa buddy, let's not call each other names. you're the asshole.

A 15 second car is fast now-a-days? I don't know about that. I think we have different definitions of fast.
1995 Toyota 4Runner
