A repeat? Florida drops down to #2 if UT loses?

Submitted by TheIcon34 on

I think 6 years ago, Oklahoma lost to Kansas St in the Big 12 championship game, but Oklahoma was able to play for the national championship.

I'm thinking if Texas loses tonight, will Florida drop down to #2?

I would love to see TCU or even Cinci play Bama.

We all know that won't happen because Little Timmy is like Jesus, so he dies tonight, only to arise a month later and play Bama for the national championship..just like Easter.

It's a miracle the final score was not 16 - 33, just as written on Tebow's eyeblack.

Think about this, how far will Florida drop in the polls if Texas loses?

funny, i started a thread about this exact same scenario a couple of weeks ago and got negged about 200 points.

lets see what happens in the exact same situation here.

you missed it.

I'm actually happy. It doesn't appear that one could say the same for you, and that's just pathetic. Something on the internet has incensed you into acting this way, and for some reason you're actually unable to let it go.

One could write a dissertation on your behavior over the past few weeks. Is there an entry in the DSM-IV for your disorder yet?

Nobody cares about the MGoPoints. Like you said, they are meaningless. It just shows how much you post of the board, basically. The point of them is to limit new people from doing stupid things, or even people that are annoying as hell. I guess it's working, because you are, in fact, annoying as hell. Just stop coming on here if you are just going to complain about it.

sounds to me your ego has been hurt...and your attempts to convince us you don't care is actually a reflection of the opposite. You cared so much that when you were negged it truly flipped you out and have been on a rampage ever since. So i suggest you read and reflect on your own post "mgopoints are really useless" because it might just boost your self-esteem if you actually start believing it. For now, you still have some work to do...

I want to punch you in the face, and it has nothing to do with MGoPoints. It has to do with the fact that you are an annoying, bitter man(?) who cannot seem to let anything go. You're like an ex-girlfriend who sends you messages a year later saying "I see you went to the mountains with that new whore. I thought you HATED the mountains, cause you sure as heck never took me. You are such an ass." Normally this would not bother me, except that I have to look at your shit on seemingly every thread I click. I'm sick of you, just as everyone else here is sick of you. Go home, sit this one out (this one being this entire board.

PS Sorry I went off on a tangent with the ex thing.

i repeat, stupid posts like this show just how obsessed you are with acquiring meaningless mgopoints.

FUNNY, i got ripped for saying i "hated" people on the internet. you're so angry. take it easy. you're going to have a stroke. it's just the internet. yadayadayada

...until Brian notices that you are below -1000, investigates how that happened, and bans you.

Oh, and out of curiosity, are you just going to keep making a new identity, get negged to oblivion, and banned every single day? Or can you be convinced to stop being a horse's backside?

Ah NO. They just got their asses beat. 0% chance of a rematch. Btw, Mark Ingram is a no class punk. Doing the gator chomp in a mocking fashion is a joke. Win with class. I hope he doesn't win the heisman.

classless would have been wearing eye black that said "i'm" under the left eye and "horny" under the right. or "666" and "FUN!" under the eyes. repeating the same cheer gesture that UF players and fans constantly do in the face of their opponents or because they limited a 1st down run to 2 yds or because they put on their jock strap properly or because... is not classless. it's simply a case of "to the victor go the spoils."

Mocking with the gator chomp is not classless, I even thought it was funny. Classless would have been to punch Tebow in the face, similar to Blount on Oregon earlier in the season. The chomp wasn't a classy thing to do, but whatever. Tebow showed some serious class after the game in his interview. As much as he annoys me, I have to admit he's a classy dude and I wish him the best, as long as I don't hear about it every waking hour.

These guys just won the biggest game of their entire lives. I think they're allowed to have a little fun, and I don't think that doing the mock gator chomp should be considered an egregious sin. There obviously is a line that shouldn't be crossed, but I don't think he crossed it. Had he gone up to Tebow and did it in his face while he was crying on the sideline, then yeah, it would be classless.

I consider this a classless winner:

IMO, doing the gator chomp is not a classy move, but I wouldn't consider Mark Ingram a classless player. I have no problem with him doing the chomp because Florida players do it every time they make a good play.

I actually went to youtube and typed in "max hall classless". Those were the comments he made after his BYU team beat Utah last week. I actually did my undergrad at Utah, so I personally thought that was the most classless interview I've ever seen.

There is no chance that happens imho. Not the way this game turned out. I think Florida has been an overated team all year. They should have been beaten by Arkansas. They will drop to no higher than third even if Texas loses.

i have a hard time putting tcu ahead of bsu when boise has won something like 9,000 games since 2001. they're not just one of the mid-majors that bubble up to the top with a team stacked with seniors; they've been a constant top tier team for sometime now.

with that being said, i know it will never happen.

personally, id like to see boise state play florida.
