$$ material on scout, so no can post. But it will be out soon enough. Not one of the top-top guys, but a solid player.

ldoublee, I'm probably stating the obvious here, but Scout cannot keep you from naming a fact, despite its subscription agreement. You have every right to say who the new commit is because it is a fact, even if you got this information off of Scout's website.

The logic that "if the coaches offered him, he must be good" only holds if you believe in the infallability of the coaching staff. Personally (without knowing anything about this particular kid), I would certainly think it's possible that the staff has the potential to f up.

the sky is falling... the guru recruiting ranking has dropped by one... That's precisely the issue surrounding the program, those coaches haven't renewed their Rivals subscriptions. Well, hell, I can donate that to the program. Would fix everything.

untrained eye, blah blah...that kid looks like he has really good technique and has serious ball skills. Tons of INT's on there. Looks like a smart player and one tough SOB. Very quick, but I worry about his top end speed as it looks like his legs are pretty short.

he seemed fast enough to me. I also like how he shot up through the gaps on run support and stuck the tackles. He ran plenty of routes for guys he was defending too, and I liked his ball skills... He'd be an upgrade at safety from this season imo! (I know, this isn't saying much...)

I've seen more exciting hits in the kids first 10 seconds of his film than I did all year watching UMs defense. Seriously, I want a safety out there that is going to punish some WRs.

or a likely Stevie Brown if he comes to Michigan. Does this development likely lend some input as to Furman's decision? Hmm.

They say he's slotted to come in at Sam, Stevie Brown's position. Despite his inexperience at coverage, he'd be coached by GERG, so I'm optimistic there. Shoot, Roh played a ball in the air better than everyone on the team outside of DWar, so.... Besides a guy who runs a 4.37 40 and a 4.41 shuttle would be wasted at Will. I think his skill set is best suited at Sam.
