but I don't think it's public yet (could be wrong?). Over the holidays I heard that they are still unconfirmed allegations and that there is an investigation but it's pretty well known who the player is. As Brian mentioned a while back the alleged didn't see the field last season but it was expected that they would in 2010.

I believe there is no new information, since none has been reported here or anywhere else.

Ziff -
You've been here long enough to know that if any news would have surfaced, it would be all over the front page and there would be 5 topics on the MGoBoard about it.

You are right, but I thought this would be a much bigger deal so I thought maybe it was dismissed and everyone was done with it. My bad.

I was wondering the same thing but didn't really want to bring it up and also it seems if there would be news, it'd be here, and also I figure on a certain level no news is good news.
Hopefully no news actually is good news.

Unfortunately I wouldn't classify this as a no news is good news situation for us.

It's "he said, she said," and there is not enough credible evidence for the prosecutor to make a case. Since taking down UM athletes seems to be part of the Ann Arbor "justice" system's mission statement, I think it can be safely assumed that if there were a shred of evidence, they would prosecute.
