Submitted by AnthonyThomas on

Steve doesn't do that unless he has good intel.

Kid doesn't live far from me. I can put on my dad khakis and drive over to find out. It's only 9:30 here, so the kids are probably still awake playing hula hoop and listening to Buddy Holly records.

A lot of chatter on Twitter from the experts saying Michigan has a real good chance of filling out the rest of the class with solid prospects. Let's hope that happens!

I swore I would take a peaceful, zen attitude about this year's signing day.

I lied.  I'm geeked.  I'll get up tomorrow, brew a big-ass pot of coffee, and watch the fireworks.

Even a week or so ago, I probably would have said that I would just keep refreshing the list at MGoBlue, look at the names and just nod, but I am very intrigued to see who we actually might flip / get at this point. Just because of the vigor that this staff has had when it comes to building a 2015 class, whether it is "meh" or "wow", I am definitely interested at this point.

I don't think I am the only recruiting writer who feels good about him right now. He had a great visit and Drew Richmond decommitting from Ole Miss (they are friends) helps their case too.

Of course!

I'd add one thing; the intel on Jefferson hasn't really changed a lot....he's just had a tendency to be a flake. When he committed to Ole Miss, he told the Oklahoma staff he was committing to them. Because of that, I've been hesitant to make any prediction on him. We keep hearing good things though, so I went with it tonight.
