Disappointed that the season took one of the worst turns it could and that it resulted in the dismissal of the head coach, but there is still plenty to be hopeful for.

isn't the rule: i before e except after c so wouldn't it be Wies? Or does the c in Charlie count, making it Weis? I'm even more confused how to spell is name.
