By the way, I've read a few accounts where Clausen was just as much the aggressor but got the worst of the "fight". Nobody is buying the 'out to dinner with his family' story at 2am.

You need to lighten up. It's not like he was seriously injured and his career is in jeopardy. He has a black eye. I'd see your point if someone was celebrating a career-threatening injury, but you're going a little overboard for a black eye.
