Bacon was my roommate for one year in college. He knew Harbaugh growing up and I think they played hockey together. He would know.
Interesting though, what his thoughts will be on the Harbaugh hire upping the arms race in CFB. I know he has been outspoken about the money in the NCAA.

Uh... He actually does a fair bit of writing outside of college sports. Freelancing, ghostwriting, etc. etc. etc.

I really hope this is true. I'm already envisioning the future recruiting battles between JH, Urbz, and Grump pants Dantonio, where JH is the only one who has successful head coaching NFL experience and can sell getting them to the league and explaining what it takes to succeed in the league.
