CC: Cowherd On Coaching Change
FWIW - Cowherd is reporting a source close to him is telling him knows who the coach will be and we will find out this weekend. He said it's someone currently coaching a team and not someone we had heard of as a serious candidate and it's not Schiano and someone we will be very happy with. He won't give the name, as to not ruin his source.
Cant rememember if it was Scout Or Rivals rumor, I beleive it was Rivals. But, they may be right.

Thanks to that dumpster fire down the road in DC, people's appreciation for him has grown. Plus I don't think Baltimore's front office wants him leaving anytime soon in case he has dirt on their handling of the Ray Rice situation.

and was discouraged because "it's not a serious candidate". Then I had to remember that nationally, harbaugh wasn't a serious candidate. But he is to us. So i had to purge that mindset. And how he outrightly denied Miles but not Harbaugh.

(before moving back to A2) and I second your thoughts. As a top state school essentially on the level of UM, Mora should meet the administration's off the field objectives as well, without the possible concern someone from the SEC might bring (deserved or not.)

If it does come out this weekend (or even have a vaguely similar time frame), it's almost assuradely not going to be Harbaugh. I think MGoBlog would implode. that being said though, Petersen or Stoops would make me feel a lot better about not getting JH.

Is it a good thing or bad thing we'd find out this weekend (provided Cowherd is correct, which, ehhhh)? Most (all, really) of the names I would think are still in their seasons at big time programs and probably wouldn't want it announced or agree to terms before the season was over.
