Desperate Times Call For-- The OHIO STATE SLANDER Shirt

Submitted by Six Zero on
(NOTE: This entry has no official affiliation with Brian, MGoBlog, or Underground Printing. Furthermore, it will decidedly NOT be available for purchase as a garment and exists solely because, well, Ohio State are a bunch of deviants and the world needs to know.) Because the pure agony of 1-6, I've decided to do my part to try and improve on the devastation smoldering among the ruins here. Being that it is now Ohio State week (despite not at all feeling like the adrenaline-filled Ohio State weeks of years past), I'm sparing no expense and breaking out the big guns. Yes, ladies and gentlemen-- I give you the never-before-seen Ohio State slander shirt design. damn buckeyes How these asshats slipped on a banana peel and fell into a big vat of Big Ten title is beyond me, but hopefully this shirt puts it all into perspective. Obviously it didn't make the cut back during the T-Shirt thing, but after Saturday I've chosen to share it with hopes of lightening some loads. Dex, I can only hope it met your expectations. Throw out the records. Forget the Rose Bowl. Dig down to the bottom of the barrel of hope, and expect our boys to play with pride. GO BLUE

An excellent question. I believe that under the common law the standard on libel is "objective" (i.e., what reasonable people would consider injurious to reputation). A more formidable obstacle to recovery could be damages, especially if we assume that the claimant already has a Buckstash, and thus is presumptive pedophile (among other things) in the eyes of the community. (On a related note--and, yes, this is a cheap shot--note the Buckstash on the mugshot of this notable former OSU student: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_dahmer)

"Brutus is a..." before pedophile, to avoid any Megan's Law-type misunderstandings. EDIT: This, of course, presumes it goes into production and lives beyond MGoBoard.

Pure Colombian Awesome. FYI people, with a little initiative (and of course if Six doesn't mind) you can get some printed yourself. I'm pretty sure Underground will print whateva, if you have the design. Edit: I came back to fix a mistake, just realized I somehow called SixZero Shock; FAIL ME ONCE

As it pertains to the Ohio portion of things, after seeing this t-shirt, I now know what Boren meant when he referred to "family values." I imagine many, many "values" are shared down there amongst family, as well as other things...
