I can't make it tonight guys, but and I don't think I need to say this, but please keep it peaceful, and defuse situations where it seems to be amping up.
We really don't need to break things, burn things or riot. I trust everyone here, but I worry about those who aren't as level headed.

MGoBlog is doing nothing of the sort. Encouraging the rally? Yes. Coordinating? Cumong, man. I hold Seth and Brian in high regard, but I really doubt they are the masterminds behind this rally.

OK, I did a little research. MGoUser, "Bacari's World" made a board post on this at 1:32AM today. The mlive report says, "Nearly 80 comments were posted." And from there, it's gone on to ESPN. Sorry, I can't stop laughing.

"Bacari's World" is my new Internet Hero.

To be honest Hoke probably didn't know that he had a concussion at the time and could have thought that it was his ankle. He still should have taken him out because he was flailing around and was in no position to throw a pass. For me, this is more of the straw that breaks a camel's back type of thing. We have been through Brendan Gibbons, Cokegate, and now this.

Out of curiosity, who acutally is organizing the rally? The board post made it seem like something that was already planned, and just informing us about it.

People, please turn up and hopefully someone emerges as a leader and organizes this.

All of local media is there and ESPN has reported it. There's an actual chance to really show how fed up with the athletic admin people are...Or it will be awkward milling that quickly dissipates...

I wanted to make sure I stopped in here and pesonally awarded kudos to everybody involved in making the rally happen.

I am one of many who also called for the head of Brady Hoke, Doug Nussmeier, and Dave Brandon when I got up this morning and read the sneaky 1am apology for the mis-management of Shane Morris.

Shame on this team's administration for allowing that to happen, and shame on Dave Brandon for thinking of greed, and everything else before the tradition that we all love.

Also congrats on getting the ESPN mention, I saw that earlier and thought to myself - "Now it's real..."

Again, great job!

Everyone make sure the dorms know.  The freshman are the least connected into social networks at Michigan but might be the most apt to turn up for something to do and in wonder of the great things we can do.  Imagine that, we can oust the AD and head coach.  As well we should be able to!

Can't be there, that 2 1/2 hour drive each way after working until 3:30 made it un-doable.

I'm hoping for pictures, video, and play-by-play as it happens, a live blog on the MGoBlog front page, and youtube videos by both WolverineHistorian and WD.

Am i asking for too much?
