UM Rugby at ND Friday Night
Seems like a nice warmup for Saturday if you are in SB the night before. We stfued them 18-0 last year. They play for a trophy honoring the Michigan players who brought rugby/football to ND in 1887. JV game at 5:30 before main game at 7:30pm. Takes place at Stinson Rugby Field wherever that is.
If you don't like Seven Nation Arby's football, this is true unbranded, vintage, MANBALL.

I like Rugby and this sounds like a good time so I might go. How much does it cost to get in and park and such?

when I played rugby at UM we always played them on same day as football game. For the above poster, you will pay nothing.
FYI - UM Rugby is the reigning Big Ten Rugby Conference champs. M took second place on the pitch but Indiana forfeited its championship due to use of ineligible players.

I'm not a serious rugby fan, but I enjoy watching it on the occasions that its on. I have to confess that I'm partial to League, though. I do find the prospect of Sevens in the Olympics to be exciting. I think rugby would be a nice NCAA sport, I wish they would sponsor it.

I am looking forward to being at this game. I will say that Stinson Field is a very nice facility. It is an artificial turf field dedicated to rugby use, very rare in the US. As a former player and a current rugby coach, I can say that it is probably the nicest rugby facility this side of Glendale, Colorado.
