I renewed my season tickets because my Dad and I always go together. We have been to some awesome games over the years and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Go Blue!

Not for another two hours, it isn't. And on a related subject, I wish we'd stop scheduling our games for nine in the morning. After a reasonably pleasurable Friday night, nine comes mighty early.

Offseason seemed like forever, and these last 14 hours have seemed like a week. Happy to be able to pass out (thankfully assisted by a few beers) and wake up to the best day of the year. Go Blue!

Have to be at my niece's wedding, so I'll only be able to catch the first quarter. I've frequently mentioned how inconvenient it was for her to schedule her wedding on this day, but you know how brides are - they think it's all about them, when it's actually about ...

THE TEAM, THE TEAM, THE TEAM!

(And yes, I'm kidding ... mostly ...)

Congratulations, Abby & Jonathan - and GO BLUE!!!

I completely agree, and I'll do my best, since I want nothing but the best for my goddaughter on this day. But when she sees her father, her brother, and both of her uncles rush down to the bar after the ceremony shouting "What''s the score? What's the score?", she's gonna figure out that our attention is divided. She's a smart girl.

Schedules AROUND UM games for Fall weddings. Cousin is getting married the day before Miami (NTM) this year and then going to the game before flying back home. Another cousin made his day the day of the UM-nd game a few years ago. The caveat being that nothing was to start until after the game lol. In the event of a loss (we buried them) everyone agreed to leave talk of it alone for the day. It's how we roll.
