The first glimpse I caught was about a minute or so into the piece, but it was nice to see the shoes as they should be again. We always knew, after all, that there is no pair of ordinary athletic shoes that can completely contain Dilithium. Now that he has a definite role in the offense in Jacksonville, I might find myself again seeking out some Jaguars games this year.

I was bored the other day and just got on Youtube and ran across his career highlight tape. He was unreal with the ball in his hands, and 50% of the time he was running with one shoe.

I will always picture the two Buckeyes bouncing off him for the 70 yard Td run I was sure that game was ours but I forgot Borges remarkable ability to turtle. Or the TV clips of him joining the Maize Rage in their cheers like a regular college kid What a great kid. Let's hope he has a big year

Will never get tired of Denard posts -- and I wish I were in town when the Jags come preseason but will eventually watch him play again.

Are by far my most favorite Wolverines ever! No particular order except Woodson as #1

Woodson, Wheatley, Desmond, Atrain, Hutch, Elvis, Denard, Steele, Hart, Gold, Graham, Carter, Timmy B, Runyan, Long, Alexander, Avant, Shazer, Henne

From Mary Sue Coleman's last commence address - I think she nailed it:

I remember Denard Robinson, for his artistry here on the Michigan Stadium turf, but more for his joy of being a student. A year ago at this time I ran into Denard and his family after commencement. He was showing everyone the campus, and he asked me to join in a family photo.

I have never, ever, seen a student-athlete embrace the collegiate life with greater gusto.

His enthusiasm was infectious, and he made all of us love Ann Arbor just a little bit more.
