I haven't decided if I like the shirt (I might love it, if only because it's so freaking weird/non sequitur), but I know I can't stop staring at it.

What does it mean?

I absolutely love Chance the Rapper. One of my favorites of all time even though he's young. I kind of wished it said Chance The Wolverine.

I only know of Chance The Rapper because of a few passing references on this blog and the Daily article mentioned above, but I will say that he has some excellent taste in T-shirts. Indeed, I am tempted to get one of these and I am only just now starting to listen to the YouTube video posted also posted above. Nice find indeed.

I don't know man.  I've never heard of this guy, but just the look on his face on that album cover tells me it's part of a semi-comedic schtick.  Kind of reminds me of Outkast.

Just spent a few minutes listening to his stuff and it's clear he's got some soul or jazz training or influences behind his music.  Not too shabby, although admittedly I'm nowhere near the demographic he's shooting for.

Nice shirt. I saw Chance the Rapper do a show with Childish Gambino in Detroit a couple years back. Been hooked ever since.

was that wolverine who ski jumps for Fiji.  So I searched for it and found the post from June 4,2012 (link: http://mgoblog.com/content/ten-most-embarrassing-michigan-items-you-can…)

It turns out it was Wallace the Wolverine, not Chance.

I have no clue who da fuck Chance the Rapper Wolverine is.  But boy am I glad I re-read that Wallace thing.

2. Terrified Ski-Jumping Wolverine Statue

A cool two hundred smackaroos. Incredibly, also out of stock.

7045[1]

The chime rang and the Estonian stood, sliding down the ramp to his destiny. His destiny would be 8th place or something. Wallace the Wolverine's was far less certain.

Wallace had a moment to consider the series of bad decisions that had led him, a proud and noble wolverine from Saskatchewan, to this place, a B-list ski jump event in Switzerland. He'd never even been to Fiji, and yet here he was, Fijan passport stapled to his fur, planks strapped to his feet, staring down at a 70-foot drop that flared up at the end. If only he'd… no time for that now. The chime.

"FOR FIIIIIIIIIIJJJIIIIIIIIIIIII…"

I've been wanting to get one of those. I was on my way to his show at Duke when it got cancelled due to bad weather. Those shirts are so dope though. Two of my favorite things.
