Tigers, World Cup, and my three week trip to France should kill the time nicely.
One of those things is cool, the other two are not.
Yeah I'm a big tigers fan too
Tell us more about what we should and shouldn't like, Mr. opinion king.
The only thing dumber than this comment are the people upvoting it. How do you even know that you are talking about the same "cool" thing?
Because most rational people know that France and soccer are not cool.
I'd like to go to France some day.
Haha yeah brooo you totally showed him. Screw foreign cultures and seeing the world am I right?
Self-high fives. Throws self onto flaming grill.
Be sure to season to taste and rotate every 3-4 minutes.
World Cup Rules!
Cant wait for The Rematch.

Who has jersey # 100?
The countdown is on at TTB, too.
*Shameless plug

I'd rather have a countdown to basketball and hockey at this point. My football optimism has been crushed
Boooooooooooooooooooo
Already, Really? Where is your Manball faith?
It's the best I can do. And Jim Otto was awesome.
I miss Braylon's being in a Michigan uniform.
Well I'm dissapointed. Was hoping for a Coundown to Kickoff video. Not an actual countdown clock.
I don't think we normally start seeing those until fall camp starts or perhaps just a little before, but I will say that they end up being the single most anticipated thread generally each day for those final 4-5 weeks before the season begins as they generate a good deal of discussion most days. It will be nice when football is in the air again.
FUCK YEAH!!!! I still like football.
You Damn Right!
For those of you making fun of soccer try tuning into the World Cup. Its one of the greatest events to watch. I am not even close to a Soccer fan but I always watch the World Cup.
Couldn't agree more. Awesome event, even if you are not a big Soccer fan.
For some reason this is the least excited I've been for Michigan Football in my life (29 years old). I don't really have a specific reason. I guess I've just learned to expect mediocrity. I also have a weird mix of feelings regarding the coaches. I want Hoke/Mattison to do well, but I'm beginning to have serious doubts about their ability to make this program a national power. However, I like them both so much that I don't have the urge to call for their heads. My mind is stuck in Football Purgatory.
The coaching staff seems to be recruiting outstanding players but few if any of them have displayed their touted talent on the field. I am sure coaching is part of the problem.
I don't doubt Mattison's ability though his age may be catching up to him but Nussmeier to me is a huge crapshoot. I just hope Doug isn't a Saban byproduct that isn't worth a lick without him.
He had a pretty good track record pre-Saban. He worked wonders with Washington's QB situation. My main concern is more with Funk and with the SC programming.
yea i don't understand why Funk got a free pass for last season. Whatever though.
Having all the toughest games on the road doesn't exactly make me excited.
Here's the goal the players should be focused on right now. No B1G Championship or Rose Bowl talk. SHUT OUT AND HUMILIATE THAT FIRST OPPONENT.
Cliche but take it one game at a time.
I'm insouciant at best.
Has it hit you all that the University of Michigan football team is under eight (8) months from having a 12th NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP and 24th undefeated season in program history!!!!!!!!!!!!
Might as well put that up too
Eight wins or under would simply be unexcusable for year four.
Considering I hold great sway in Michigan's athletic department my expectation is pretty serious stuff. Great sway. Serious stuff.
And by "great sway" I mean "no sway" and by "serious stuff" I mean I'll be sad for the entire year if Michigan doesn't do well.
beat down coming soon to a theatre near you.
It's not a sequel, is it?
This is and will continue to be one huge mess to avoid.
but for what they are doing there on AA saline...it seems like the project could be done in a month. Are they replacing the entire bridge or something?
They had the road near Target stripped down and a new concrete base poured the first weekend. Then it seemed like molasses set in.
It seems like about 8 people work on a road construction job. But the natural resources of 8,000 people are affected and wasted each day.

Nuss was pretty good at MSU too.
