From a kid right in Michigan's backyard...hint hint.
He wants to be here, has a decent arm, and would probably have three years of development before realistically competing for the starting gig. Seems like a solid commitment.
When did the coaches offer him? Did I miss this news?
Speculation seems to be that they'll offer him while he's there and he'll commit then.
People should wear seat belts, they save lives. The only problem I have is when the light is on and the thing keeps dinging because my dog is in the front passenger seat. I understand he's not buckled, she is a dog with her head out the window, I don't need the 5 second reminder all the way to the dog park.
Oh, we're not talking literally here. I'll step away then.
I feel you should make the effort and buckle her.
Forgot to bring in documentation she had her rabies shot, which was fine, they just had to muzzle her. I roamed around Pet Smart for a half hour when my name came over the loud speaker to come back to the grooming part of the store. With the combination of craziness, squirreliness, and short snout, they could seem to muzzle her.
To put it succinctly, one does not simply buckle my dog. Plus I'm a huge softy and push over when it comes to her pretty much doing anything that doesn't tear up my yard, rug, or wall. But I guess that drywall deserved it for looking at her funny or something...
LOL, I think our dogs are probably related.
Just buckle the seatbelt. Your dog can sit on the buckled seatbelt just fine and it won't keep dinging.
EDIT: I just saw below that somebody beat me to this suggestion
Faster than 35 and her head is back inside the window. I'm sure she'd love to have her head out on the freeway, but with how much garbage and stones there are scattered about those roads and how fast you're going, no reason to take that risk. Only cruising around town
Letting your dog hang it's head out the window while moving at any speed can help hasten the development of cataracts. The fine grit that is in the wind basically acts like a sandblaster on their cornea. That advice comes from multiple vets and people who board dogs.
But I don't think it's akin to say, overfeeding a dog (which I'm strongly against). I found my dog in a hard, cold, November rain, severly underweight, dirty, with two cherry eyes, and no home. She was a street dog (I say that because it ups my street cred). Someone dropped her off at my apartment complex, just off the freeway, because they didn't want to take care of her, and likely hoped that she - in her crazy ways - ran out onto the freeway and got hit.
My dog is lucky to be here. I'm lucky that my dog is here. My dog likely has 8-13 years to live, and while there are likely unfortunate consequences to her sticking her head out the window on the way to the dog park, she loves it and I think something like that is worth the drawbacks. I hope she doesn't have to have cataracts (I had a yellow lab as a kid that did, it isn't fun), but I think it's a worthy drawback in the meantime. Maybe that isn't the best approach to this, but it's the one I'm taking and likely won't change, good or bad I guess.
Hey Space, that was a PSA, instead of any form of condemnation.
I would see a ton of dogs in the beds of pick up trucks and with their head out of the window going 70+ mph on Texas highways and after I learned about this I realized how cruel that really was to do to the dog you love no matter how much they enjoy it.
Why don't you just clip the belt into the buckle behind the dog?
EDIT: Also, if you look in your manual or google, there's a series of actions you can do (usually involving locking and unlocking a certain number of times, then switching the key on and off) that disables the reminder.
THEN WHAT WOULD I COMPLAIN ABOUT!?
It's all the rage these days.
is more likely to complain about people complaining about Michigan Football.
You could put her in the back seat.
2015 Bloomfield Hills (Mich.) Brother Rice QB @AlexMalzone is currently on an unofficial visit to #Michigan
Alas, I'm still waiting for an offer.
looks like the next johey football to me
My banner ad on the left side of the screen says "Click it or Ticket". So I should probably obey the law and you should too. BUCKLE THE FUCK UP.
I find that when I am in the office and these situations arise, I have to get the chair from the cubicle across the way that has the arms which fold inwards - this at least offers some degree of safety. Do you have such a chair available to you?
I just want to know why the harness chair on wheels is in the kitchen.
To make sure she doesn't leave?
that if you have others in the office who are fans of other teams, i.e. ohio, ND, sparty, then this helps cushion the impact quite a bit. An airbag of sorts...
It's all techniques, my man. Do what you feel right with.
Having completely forgot the "Buckle Up" meme, my first reaction to the title was, "Isn't this OT?"
I feel kind of like this:
I was beginning to think that the led that backlights the display was busted.
Flipped my @247Sports Crystal Ball from Wake Forest to #Michigan for in-state QB Alex Malzone: http://t.co/qxj7zB0aVK. #Wolverines

There's a rush on prediction flips:
That's probably not a bad sign. Unless you're Wake Forest.
I really hope it is Malzone. I think it's a great choice for Michigan.
I haven't watched any film of him, and I do trust the coaches. However, I feel like a big talking point will be this (and I'm guessing that if he commits these numbers will get a bump):
