Michigan Baseball takes down buckeyes, 5-1
Evan Hill pitched a GREAT game. 8 innings scoreless. ohio tacked one on in the 9th when Cronenworth came in for the save.
Michigan is now 12-11 in the B1G. They've already clinched the B1G Tournament berth.
The deciding game of the series will be at Noon on BTN tomorrow.
We're really coming along nicely. Bakich has this program headed back to where it was when we hosted the regional and made the super regionals.
GO BLUE!
On some Ohio State forum somewhere there's a "Buckeye Devotee" creating a topic that expresses sadness over the Buckeye Baseball team's loss to TSUN. Let that warm your heart for a minute
He's known as SnowSucks around here.
Good crowd today—the largest in four years.
Thanks to all 2,064 fans in attendance today. Great atmosphere and good win! Game 3 tomorrow at Noon. GO BLUE!

That was not a save situation for Cronenworth, by the way.
1st win vs. OSU since 2010.
Yes it is, but OSU's winning streak was only 5 games (including the game yesterday) because the teams didn't play last year and played only once in 2012. This was in fact the first time a Bakich-led Michigan team had played OSU.
How about this: Michigan's all-time record vs. OSU in baseball: 162-96-1.
Is he Wolverine Devotee's evil twin. I find that kind of hilarious actually since we have a Wolverine Devotee who comments on baseball threads.
