Hope he finds a good place for himself. From another article I read, it sounded like he was having a tough time coming back from the injury, and after the second injury, and the red shirt, he just stopped going to practices and games. I wonder if the trauma from the injury has been insurmountable.

Ware in my mind goes into the same category as Tebow and Craft. Seems like an alright kid that you feel bad for bc of the injury, but then the media creates this nauseating storyline and shoves it down our throats for 3 weeks. I remember the day before the final last year hearing Jon Saunders propose that Kevin Ware should be the tourney MVP.

with the team and Louisville only plays 7 guys. Probably decided before last night but I thought it was kind of messed up that, RS or not, they didn't even bring him. Last night he tweeted about how hurt he was not to be back in Lucas Oil, apparently even if not playing as he told RP how badly he wanted to go back. He was left home. I'm sure this was in the making a while back or that decision to leave him sealed the deal.

Some friends of mine who are huge UK fans called this a month ago. SUPPOSEDLY: he was involved on the incident Behannan got tossed for and was allowed to "transfer" at he end of the year to avoid the PR hit. He hasn't been allowed in any team activities except study hall since the incident and has not even been on the bench in street clothes as someone else pointed out.

Chane was removed from team for violation of university rules. Chane later confirmed he had failed drug tests. Same day he was booted, Kevin shut it down for the season and has had nothing to with the team. The UK logic is they didn't want the PR hit of booting our a kid after a catastrophic injury so he was allowed to finish out the year on scholly with an understanding he wasn't welcome back and needed to find another team at seasons end. That logic is negotiable but obv Ware had decided to leave a whole before today/last night for whatever reason. A couple journalists in Kentucky have been reporting on this story for a while.

Also wonder if Pitino gave him some of the Saban treatment...

Nonetheless, wish him the best. For those making jokes...go shatter your leg and then let me know if it's funny.

With the way the media treated it last year you would think Ware was cut down by sniper fire in Afghanistan
