Harden offers a message that a lot of athletes don't want to hear, but when it clicks and they fully understand it, the results are immeasurable.

what school is the best fit for my son or daughter, then having a resource like Greg Harden would definitely tip the scales.

Great story. 

I actually really liked how candid Tom Brady was and how he talked about how Harden changed his thinking around his role on the team, a change which eventually led him to the starting quarterback role. A great story about someone who really does help keep the athletic department running in ways that are not always measurable.
