Icing on the cake... at least for me
Having witnessed the OSU meltdown and subsequent OSU fan meltdown brought much joy to my heart today. In addition to that though, having moved to Omaha, NE a little over a year ago I also get to reap the sheer joy of laughing at all my Husker friends for the spanking they received against Texas Tech.
All I've heard about for the last week after they beat Mizzou was how Nebraska was back, Suh should be in the heisman talks, blah blah blah, and to have them get thoroughly smoked by the backup quarterback for an unranked team that seemed to be in disarray just a week or two ago and at home is almost too much schadenfreude for me to handle in one day.
*sigh* It was a good day gentlemen.

Just tell your Nebraska friends that Minnesota would win the Big 12 North. And then watch them stutter as they try to offer a reasonable argument that you are wrong.

I just moved to Omaha not long ago myself. Do you ever go anywhere to watch the games around here?

Not usually unless it's on BTN and an afternoon game.

Nebraska used to be my most hated team ever since the '97 season split championship fiasco, but their downfall moved them off my radar. Still, the worse the Big 12 does the better.

I despise them for '97. Always will. Have been loving their recent struggles. Karma, baby!

It will be hard to forget Scott Frost's whining and how Sean "Monotone" McDonough was pimping Nebraska's body of work (and trashing Michigan's) during that Tennessee game.

I want a thank you letter from Dick-Rod, Oregon and Joe Pa right now thanking us for saving them from this."

I'm sorry but this is the second time I've seen this quote and I still have no idea what the hell he's saying.
Is there anyone that speaks Ohioan that can translate for me?

I think he's talking about OSU "saving" us from having Pryor as our QB. Pryor was considering us along with Penn State, can't remember Oregon though.

He went to oregon late in the season. Was looking at replacing Dixon. Oregon was possibly supposedly maybe a leader right to the end.
