Zoltan is Awesome

Also, water is wet.

Attended the event for Zoltan's charity at Professor Thoms.

Upon entering, Zoltan immediately introduces himself and offers to buy me a beer. Nicest guy, happy to talk with everyone there, took photos with whomever asked (including the one below) and signed autographs all around as well. Yes, I was a bit of a giddy school girl.

I also asked how he was enjoying Cinci and he just mentioned how he'd soon be a free agent.

Great envoronment to watch the game, and am proud to have such an amazing representative of our university.

Go Blue!

(I originally had a Bell's of course, but my friend bought me the BL afterward. I also offered to buy Zoltan a beer to return the favor but he politely declined)

I added him on facebook a bunch of years ago after meeting him at a party. No way he remembered me, but he accepted anyway. Keeping up with his exploits on facebook is hilarious.

When I graduated high school my graduation present from my parents was a weekend in Ann Arbor. We went for fan day, which meant standing in line for hours to get autographs signed by the players. Anyway the line for special teams wasn't terrible but was still decently long, but the coaches rounded up the players just as I was getting to the end of the line... i missed out on all the signature except for his. He stayed until the coaches were really yelling at him just to make sure we didn't get in line for nothing. Of all the autographs I have from that day (including Brandon Graham) his was always my favorite because of that.

tl;dr - Mesko got yelled at by his coaches because he wanted to sign peoples autographs when they'd been standing in line for close to 45minutes.
