1. Michigan State and the Universe is Trolling Us

(starts at 0:58)

The same game again: Michigan State switched, and Tillman went full Isaiah Roby. Losing Brazdeikis lost the game. The weird guys autobench lineup was extreme. Can't talk about this game without the massive disparity in officiating. If you breathed on Winston he got a foul. Iggy's 4th was ludicrous. Foster Loyer drew a foul by just falling down.

2. Big Ten Tourney/All-B1G Teams

(starts at 25:03)

Purdue has come around with Haarms, Carsen Edwards is overused. All Big Ten lists: there are three guys on the 1st team and 11 guys on the second team. Fernando or Happ? X or Winston?

3. Hockey: Minnesota

(starts at 41:50)

Are there only 15,000 Minnesota fans in existence? The good news is it wasn't the goalies' fault this time. The bad news is the odd-man rushes came back en force. Nobody to put on the power play—everyone but Pasta, Lockwood and Hughes are back-liners. The "good" news is it's not going to get better next year.

3. Hockey: Next Year

(starts at 53:32)

The clown car of next year's recruiting class. Losing Hughes, Norris, and Lockwood most likely. Bringing in Cam York to replace Hughes, Beecher, a 3rd round pick-ish guy, will walk onto a scoring line. Also Martin Lapointe's son. Losing Norris also broke up the Pasta line.Their 4th line was their 1st line.

Not a huge bball fan, but a switched to the game three times to see where it stood.  Each of the three times i did the announcers were commenting unfavorably about a call the refs just made.

Might have to keep the best scorers on the floor and gamble when there is early foul trouble in the post season. I know he probably won't.

But balance the peril the team is in where certain guys are logging too many minutes against a quality opponent v. the risk and sometimes the risk is worth taking.

Beilein decided to hedge and recover every ball screen in the 2nd half on defense (just like he did in the first game) and got thoroughly destroyed (again). It was a layup line to basket. Why he stopped switching everything like he did in the first half will be this season's biggest mystery. Couple that with the ref show and the pathetic effort rebounding the ball and another offensive lull and we blew a great shot at a title. Hate to say it but Beilein better deliver in the tournament because this has not been his best year x and o's wise at all. Was badly outcoached by Izzo twice.

"Hate to say it but Beilein better deliver in the tournament..." Are you saying that if JB doesn't coach the team to a B1G Tourney championship, then he should be fired or are you just saying you'll be extremely disappointed but probably still glad he's the M coach? I hope it's the latter.

Joined 2/27/19, Old and 0 pts...  that lines up.

"Beilein better deliver in the tournament"  STFU what that hot take bullshit. How many national championship games have we been to in the last 5 years?

What did JB do to Izzo last year? Oh and the year prior?  Hasnt been his best Xs and Os year huh....arent we 26-6 in, IMO, the deepest league in the country?

Is there a way Michigan can play around the refs? They have to figure out a way to do it because it becomes a factor in each of their games (well - road games). They already do adjust their play according to the whistle but they probably have to figure out another way to do it. And I hate to say it but Beilein should learn how to work these chumps. Its frustrating and exhausting to watch Izzo employ his bush league Bobby Knight bullshit to berate them into submission. But it works.

Is it any wonder why Michigan is so good in the tournaments/on neutral courts compared to B1G regular season play?  I hope they go scorched earth on the rest of the league for a 3-peat this week.

Should also cover the banner day for the Michigan athletic department on Saturday. I believe every team that played Saturday lost. Wonder if that has ever happened before?

You can't get a fair whistle at breslin.

Izzo works refs, Beilein does Not.

Shouldn't make a difference, But obviously does 30-7.
