UNC Rushes the Court
Normally I'm all for college kids having fun but this is UNC. They aren't even that bad this year -- headed for a #8 seed or higher. C'mon now.

The fact that students exist and attend sporting events seems to be a huge source of stress around here.

Of all the court rushes to complain about...
The only one I remember being bad was when we beat Georgetown in 2009ish. They were only ranked 15 and we might have even been favored. But some people wanted to rush the court.... I remember sitting there with a group of friends as half the Maize Rage went and the other half of us just being like "WTF."
That was a court rush to complain about - not this one.

That was Connecticut.
I think they ended up like 18-15 and (obviously) missed the Tournament.

It's one of the biggest rivalries in American sports, let alone college sports (second only to The Game, of course), and Duke was favored. Also, although UNC has really come alive in the past few weeks, I think their fans generally see this as a down year. At UNC, anything other than an ACC championship and a #1 seed is a disappointment.

I agree that rushing the court/field has become overdone, but there are bigger things to get upset about.

The UM Athletic Department would love to hire you so you can help them come up with more creative ways to take away the fun from fans at games.
